Others that I'd include would be Pralines and Cream, Orange Creamsicle, Dutch Chocolate, and Mint Chocolate! Although, they're all very good. The shakes have a great flavor, consistency, and are a great way to lose unwanted pounds or maintain the weight you're at currently!You simply replace two meals a day with the F1 Shake of your choice and then eat one healthy meal of your choice a day! The Herbalife Diet is not just a diet, but a way to live and change your eating habits for good. I choose to have my shakes for breakfast and dinner so that I don't have a lot of food on my stomach close to bedtime. You can substitute as you like. This would make my healthy meal my lunch. Be sure to eat your healthy snacks in between to keep your metabolism up.The shakes are so easy to make. You put two scoops of the shake powder (this case it was the Cookies and Cream), add a cup of fat-free milk or water and mix in a blender. I also choose to add about four ice cubes in the mix just to make it a little thicker and I like mine ice cold! My cousins suggested me about herbal life to manage weight bcoz they already using it for weight loss. So we used it along with herbal life protein and tea for the first time. Best meal replacement for weight loss bcoz it’s vegetarian and it has all nutrients to fulfill our needs . Taste really good and very easy to prepare. This gives me a lot of energy and reduces cholesterol in my body.*It’s little expensive but worth it if taken according to instructions. I mean use as meal replacement and do some exercise for better results.

I love the taste of the cookiesn’ cream this brand is not too chalky taste either good quality taste. Helps sustain your hunger for about two hours while working or on the go. Best brand out in the market just too taxing for my liking I don’t buy consistently because of price.
