I bought this doorbell as a replacement to our existing one that stopped working. I did not want to spend a fortune as there are very reasonably priced doorbells on the market now. I chose this one as it was recommended by a friend. I purchased it for additional security at our front door / house and to have two way audio so I can communicate with delivery drivers whilst at work. This doorbell was very easy to install and all the appropriate accessories were provided to connect to the door frame. Once set up it was easy to pair with phone and set up the App which is very easy to use. Remember though it does need to be relatively close to your hub like all these doorbells / cameras so the WiFi works fine – I had no issues and the hub is upstairs. I am happy with the doorbell – the two way audio works well and I can now talk to who is at the door. Night vision works well and the wide angle lens gives a good view of anyone approaching. Overall very happy with the doorbell and the security it provides.

I have had this a few weeks now. Sometimes it works well, other times notifications to the phone are unreliable, they are too slow to notify you of a caller, and sometimes you get no notification at all. I have had to reset it a number of times, and also reinstalled the app a few times in order to remedy the notification issue. It is working ok now, since the latest app upgrade, but could be better. It seems to be more useful as a security camera, as the picture and video quality, both night and day are excellent.

We bought this 3 months ago.We considered a Ring but as we're not an Alexa household it didn't seem to offer anything this one didn't. Obviously, we were nervous of an off brand version but knew we could always return it if there were issues.It's been brilliant, does everything my friend's Nest does and saves wasted trips to the door to discover it's someone else selling something I'm not buying.The FREE online storage is brilliant. It only saves 30 second clips but that's perfectly enough. The issue we have, as the photos show, is that we have a busy road at the end of our drive and so setting the motion detection was something of an art. Too high and the thing goes off every 30 seconds - running the battery flat in 2 days, too low and we don't pick anything up. The issue was resolved by a bit of drilling and running a USB cable to keep the thing permanently powered (there is no way to do this without drilling through the back of the doorbell).The item comes with a sticky pad and screws (which weren't required as the pad is more than adhesive enough).My only niggle is the amount of time it takes for the live picture to appear (around 20 seconds) but this is true of other branded systems I have seen in action and is as much down to home networks as anything.Even though I've hard wired I can't use this as a permanent CCTV camera as it drops recording after 3 minutes and will no longer trigger the motion detection (but then I didn't buy it as that so it is more than good enough with what it provides).Worth every penny. Great picture quality : Great night images : Great motion detection : Very Good App : Great free storage : Weatherproof.(Note : had to place close to a wall for the best view but this results in the white glare on the left at night - that's our milkman it picked up.)I haven't been paid to write this review but they do promise a free door chime if you leave one (which has in no way influenced what I've written. This thing really is good).**Edit - had no reply after sending for my free chime and 2 months in theres no sign of the thing.

Doorbell came within a reasonable time frame. Much more stream lined in real life which was a pleasant surprise.Device was really easy to set up and install, and the app works smoothly.Fantastic that multiple devices can pair simultaneously from the same account now.Was inspired to purchase after using a friends "ring" device and bought this as a cheaper alternative, and can confidently say it is just as good quality.Totally worth the investment!

Just recently moved home and really needed this. After purchasing this I was bowled over the easy to install instructions and provided screws. It was easy to turn and and connect this with my phone. The video quality and two way audio is perfect for my home so I know who's at the door and when they are there. The motion detection has been really good especially when the post man comes outside the door it works really well. The night vision has been clear and the wide angle lens on this doorbell makes it much easier to see everything. Overall I'm very happy as I can monitor this on my phone which is amazing!

I had to send the first video doorbell back as the outside speaker did not work (deducted one point because of this). This was easily done and I soon received a replacement which worked perfectly. Took a little bit of time to understand how to set this up. However so far I think this doorbell is good value for money and it seems to be working very well.

This product appears to be made very well, and the app was easy to download and seemed to easy to use. Unfortunately there was quite a delay in video and kept breaking up, even though there was a full signal. Item has been sent back, as the angle wasn’t wide enough and the video doorbell can only be mounted on a flat surface, which if it could be angled you would get your desired angle range. Such a shame as it seemed to be good at first impressions

Oh dear seemed such an ideal option to the usual Ring product, however it never picked persons coming to the door unless they rung the bell despite the camera easily covering the driveway. Amazing how many delivery drivers don't ring door bells 😂 it did go off once or twice though because of who knows what? Also the vocalisations from the unit are unfathomable. It didn't like the distance from the router either, about 15' if that. Very poor for the money.
