This is easy to use and actually seems quite well made, but make sure you use fresh new batteries or else the backlight is very dim. The slides are pushed in for the backlight switch to operate and they go in quite deep so sometimes you have to invert and shake to remove. The screen is small but to be fair that can't be a criticism as its size is already stated and it magnifies quite well. Big benefit of this over many of the other viewers that copy the Kodak viewer design where the slides drop through into a tray at the front is that they don't accept many of the thicker plastic slide slides, but this one is fine.

For easy viewing of slides, this is a neat little device which, whilst it may be on the small size, still lets you see a slide in the palm of your hand. To keep the slide illuminated, you have to keep your finger pressing it down but in reality, this is not an issue. It contains a single LED which is not replaceable, but as they last longer than traditional bulbs, this should not be a problem

Smaller than expected

We have some old slides and it works OK they are not very good .so I can assume that it will work fine on better ones, the brightness is fine, bur I think the focus is the on the camera is not very good

If your 35mm carousel projector is in the loft, or was last seen heading for a charity shop, this tried and tested design will help sort out the slides worth printing up.Decently built and provides a clear enough glimpse of those old photographs to make for a very nostalgic session.

Cercavo da tempo un visore poco ingombrante per rivedere e magari selezionare vecchie diapositive. Solo tramite Amazon sono riuscita, dopo tante ricerche, a trovarlo. C'è stato anche un inconveniente iniziale: il primo prodotto non si illuminava. Ma il servizio assistenza Amazon ha immediatamente rispedito il nuovo articolo che mi è arrivato in pochissimi giorni e funziona perfettamente.
