just received this toy. my child was playing with it and suddenly started screaming. the toy exploded in his face. he was pulling it, just as the picture shows on the packaging, and product images. the toy snapped at the hand area and the gel shot out everywhere. his face, floor, and all over the white bedding (which is now stained). it has a gel substance inside of it with large and fine pieces of glitter. my child had fine red glitter trapped in his eye. DO NOT BUY!

I liked that it had a hammer in its hand and thatbit squirts water

I bought this for my Goo-Jit Zu loving son. He was thrilled with the toy. I was happy that the quality of this new toy compared to earlier Goo-Jit Zu toys - it seems like the rubber is "thicker" and thus less likely to break open. It also is not "painted" on like originals so you do not have to worry about the color coming off of the toy. We have only had it for a couple weeks, but so far so good and it getting tested by a 4 year old and a 2 year old. (The filling looks clear with white "ninja stars")Side note - Pantaro is a water squirter. (His head also comes off so you can let it dry out or clean it - so no need to worry about it getting moldy!) ALSO his black belt is removable (it's similar to a black rubber band).

I'm keeping it only because my nephew wants one... but this was false advertising!!! The one above is what i was supppose to get but I received the old version my son already has!!! As you can see its missing the wings in the back and the web inside... wanted the new one as a Christmas gift

Kiddos love these, new version may be a little thicker. They want to take the shirt off. Previous reviews negatively mention the head quickly falls off.....it is a WATER SHOOTER (head only). This is working as designed as per packaging. Don't ding it for that.

Well I got the shark for my son because he’s been begging for it for months. I got it for him as a gift for end of school year. When It arrived the box was smashed and so was the shark. He was also headless and it won’t go back on because that seems to be where it busted. . Not sure what to do at this point. Beware that these apparently bust easily.

His head fell off first thing and really frustrated my 4.5 year old cool concept but need to figure out the head part. If the head dies fall off you can glue it and the gel inside the thing stays there because the head attached to body with a plastic thick like cork.

My sons really likes it. Plays with it a lot. It lasting very well for him. No issues so far

Kids love to play with it, girls and boy, and it's not too expensive.The body is made of a soft material, while the head is made of a harder plastic to hold and shoot the water. After all the playing, pulling, and squeezing of the figure, they go back to their regular shape.The texture of the rubbery skin feels tacky and the material picks up dust and dirt and feels even worse. Most of the reviews said that it doesn't last long, so I'm not sure how long will last my kids one.

My son loved the tentacles in the photo but when it arrived they were part of its body and not loose tentacles as shown. He was very disappointed. It was his birthday present! I wrote to the supplier but no response at all. I will not be ordering from that supplier again.

These toys are just not hardwearing & can’t be played with as described. My boys have ended up just leaving them on the shelf as they’ve broken so many! We had the wave 1 of this design & it broke within 1/2 an hour. I hope this one would be better but it lasted 48 hours. Waste of money unfortunately

This is the second one I've bought in series 2 and they've stood the test of a 3 year old so good quality. Heard issues with others but they may have been the series 1 toys.

Heard there was quality problems with these but my 3 year old has stretched them and bounced them everywhere and so far so good. May be that these are series 2 ones as apparently their an improvement on previous series.
