The media could not be loaded. I received my Chefwave Magma 16qt air fryer/rotisserie/dehydrator oven today. It was very well packaged. I read the manual, washed the accessories and decided to put some frozen french fries on the air fryer rack to see how this unit was working. The french fries were ready in 12 minutes on 450F and were delicious. The appliance is very quiet, not hot to the touch on the sides or the door handle. Trays slide out very easily. The rotisserie connections in the oven are stainless steel not plastic like IP Vortex Plus and the interior is stainless steel. I had returned two different Gourmia air fryer ovens prior to this purchase BUT along came this wonderful CHEFWAVE 16QT MAGMA to Amazon this month. The price is unbelievable since Amazon had a $30 discount coupon when I bought it. I love all rorisserie accessories. I could not be happier with this purchase. I will update this review if need be.* It is now November 14th and my CHEFWAVE is still going strong! So glad I bought it 10 months ago!

This is the best air fryer! It works so good as an air fryer but the extra bonus is the dehydrator feature! It makes the best apple rings and banana chips for my toddler. It has paid for itself in a short time just with the organic dried fruit I make. This Chef Wave actually has a temperature setting of 180 degrees for dehydration. The stainless steel trays are great too. The three different size wire baskets are helpful depending upon your recipe. The air fryer makes the best toast. No need to have a toaster oven!

I use my air fryer ALL the time. It cuts cooking time in half. Food is more healthy and absolutely delicious. Anything from your freezer/refrigerator that instructs you to cook in the oven, you can cook in the air fryer at same temperature and less time. There are free recipes to look for - google, Pinterest. It saves electrical bill versus a 220 oven also.

Easy to use

I absolutely love this air fryer! I searched and searched for the perfect air fryer to fit my family's needs. I cook alot and I cook for an army! The typical 10 quart air fryer oven was not going to work for us. This 17 quart fit the bill. And all of the accessories come with it! I am a huge fan of Instant Pot, I own 3 of them and use them nearly everyday. But they simply don't make an air fryer oven big enough for a family of 5, plus leftovers for lunches the next. On top of the premium $ for the Instant Pot name, then you have to purchase all of the accessories.I got this air fryer oven for just over $100 including tax, and all of the accessories are included. It came beautifully packaged, easy directions. I Google recipes if need be.I must suggest that you do buy an oil sprayer. It makes life so much easier. My husband loves it, and he barely cooks at all. Lol. My son offers to make dinner just so he can use it.My only complaint is that is does use alot of electricity at 1800 watts. So I have popped the circuit a few times because my microwave is on the same line. But that's my fault.If you are on the fence about buying this oven...do it. It browns perfectly, just make sure you spritz the food with oil to help it brown quicker. The rotating basket is perfect for fried. Clean up is a snap. I could not be happier.

This thing is amazing! We are still learning how to use this but my husband actually tried it out hisself! He’s not keen on kitchen ‘gimmicks’ or ‘gadgets’ as he calls them but he really liked this one!!! He made potato slices with a bit of seasoning sprinkled on them and put them in. I caught him & our son munching out when I came in and was so happy to realize he’d given it a try.

The accessories were missing the screws and the fish and steak rack ,Amazon sent a replacement for the whole oven and the second one was missing the screws too!The ups range of time sucks it was between 8:00AM to 5:00PM that is a long range so you can not did anything else rather than waiting for the pick up of the returned item. Finally he did not show up the whole morning and I decided to take a shower and it seems he came at the same time when I was in the shower and I missed him. I have to find a UPS store near me, using google maps it shows the UPS store closes at 8:00PM I went at 7:00 PM and the store was already closed. Too much hassle to return the item. None responsible manufacture!!! No Phone number for the manufacture in the manual and no warranty papers!!!

I just switched to this type of air fryer from the basket kind that was smaller. I am in love with this product. I used the spit to roast a boston butt and it came it perfect in under and hour!! Normally that would take 1.5 hrs at least. It makes perfect toast and roasted veggies are a cinch! What a tremendous value. I highly recommend it.
