The flavor is great! And the packaging is very convenient and easy to use.

I am pregnant for the first time and began having intense cramping (similar to a charlie horse or muscle spasm) in my torso around my uterus. I began drinking this tea daily to aid in a good labor and delivery, but discovered it did much more! My uterus stopped cramping. I went a few days without the tea and the spasms returned, but as soon as I got back into my routine it subsided. I like to pour it over ice, then add some lemonade. It tastes like an Arnold Palmer when done this way. It should be noted the tea is bitter, and has a similar taste to black tea but with a slight subtle sweetness. I have also had success just mixing in some honey. Very grateful I found this. As far as the product goes, I have only had one tea bag break, the rest have held up well and done their job for a convenient steeping experience.

Drank these religiously along with a million other things to get myself into labor to no avail! Went all the way past 42 weeks. Maybe it deserves 5 stars and I’m just being bitter lol

I was skeptical, but decided to give it a try. I experience long, heavy, painful periods. I saw this and decided since it was natural I would give it a try. Last month I started drinking the tea daily a few days before my period. The cramps were much better. I only took otc meds once or twice. My period wasn't any lighter, but it was shorter. In fact I was scared for days that it would come back on. I went from 5 to 6 days to 3! I am overjoyed. Normally the last 2 days I have no flow all day and then I get really sick for a couple hours with terrible cramping, nausea, vomiting and heavy bleeding. I had none of this! It lasted 3 days and the last couple of days were not what I was used to. I am hoping to have great results from here on out.
