Catalina Crunch cereal rocks!
The four packs of cereal arrived in a timely manner, and though they were compressed in a small box, this cereal itself is intact. I love the flavor of the product and the fact that it is gluten-free.

Not loving the Maple waffle flavor
I love their products, but this flavor.. not so much. I have had the chocolate and the cinnamon, and they are good. The Maple waffle, has a bad aftertaste for me. It just isn't what I hoped for. I don't like writing negative comments, I was more disappointed since I liked the other 2 flavors. Hopefully, they can work on their ingredients or something on the maple one.

Very, very sweet with aftertaste
I used to really enjoy Catalina Crunch, but since I stopped having it or similar products as often, and haven’t had as much sweeteners, I found this really cloyingly sweet when I tried it again. If you’re used to the taste, it is a great protein and fiber product for what it is — but if you’re not used to or are sensitive to that artificial sweetener sort of taste, you will not like this product.

Save your money
I'll be nice and start with the good:1. I like the textureNow, the bad:1. Horrible wretched taste2. I am not a picky eater but I will struggle to finish this small bag3. Without doing the actual math, I'm guessing this awful cereal cost me about $2.50/serving and that's a lot! Terribly high cost for something I'm going to have to choke down.4. Super strong erythritol or sucralose taste but neither ingredient exists in the list. It must be the Monk fruit which I am usually fine with. Can't figure out why this tastes so bad! Maybe the chickory?I'm laughing about it... as I'm gagging on it right now. Please save your money and don't get this. It's garbage. I much preferred Forager brand chocolate O's!!

Good, but Magic Spoon is better
This cereal reminds me of Golden Grahams but not as sweet. What is disappointing to me is that it is dense, meaning that a serving or two sitting in your bowl looks teeny tiny. Magic Spoon is more puffed up so it looks like alot more food sitting in your bowl. On a side note, I really enjoy eating this as a dry snack, but for eating with milk, I highly recommend trying Magic Spoon (their flavor selection is awesome and the price is about the same).

Delicious
This is a delicious cereal. To those who complained that the portion size is too small, perhaps this is why you need to eat this cereal now because you are not paying attention to carbs. Only a teenager, young adult, construction worker or athlete can eat an entire cup of cereal and still have good blood sugar. I found that 1.25 ounces of this cereal, plus 1/3-1/2 cup of berries, 2-3 T nuts, and 5 ounces of milk provided a delicious breakfast with about 20 g protein, 21 net carbs, and 19 g fat, 315-341 calories, and it will hold you til lunch. Don't try to fill your bowl with cereal alone. The only other cereal I can eat is crackling oat bran and the serving is still the same size, and it doesn't have this much protein! I'm excited to try all the other flavors! And to be able to eat half a banana with cereal again! Yeah! Mmmm going to try, chocolate cereal, 1/2 banana, 2 T peanuts, 5 oz milk next.

Stevia Flavoring Overly Done - Update: My Diabetic Mom Liked It
I've had the Cataline Chocolate and Fruity cereals with success (chocolate was the best flavor to me), but this Maple Waffle flavor is grotesque. I tried a bite one day and then reattempted another day just to make sure my taste buds weren't off. In both trials the same awful taste was present. I couldn't even eat this if I were super hungry--it tastes like chemical.I've made some tasty treats before with stevia, as well as have used stevia to sweeten beverages, but this batch of cereal used too much stevia (specifically, stevia extract), which almost has a cleaner-type taste--like cleaner you'd use to sanitize surfaces--to it. This is too bad since I absolutely love waffles and was hoping for the waffle taste--but that was not present.I wish I could return this to the seller, but in attempting to do so, I was met with the message that this product is NON-returnable and NON-refundable.UPDATE: I got in touch with Catalina Crunch directly. Communication was poor. The rep who "read" my concerns entirely skipped over them then proceeded to answer a question I did not ask, i.e. tell me how to check for the date on the product. I already provided that information to her in my initial concern. Next, she asked me if I bought the product from Catalina's website. I answered that I bought it from the Catalina Crunch Store on Amazon. While waiting 3 days for a reply, I somehow got enrolled in a Catalina product sales email subscription without my consent.A different rep got back to me after the 3 day time period (all of this correspondence notably happened during the week, not weekend). The rep said that they do not accept returns or refunds unless the product is purchased "from us". He also wanted me to explain why I didn't like the product. I didn't bother replying since I had already thoroughly explained all of that in my initial communication, to which he had access--and I wasn't getting a refund even though they wanted to know how to improve and even though I "[deserved] a product that is good for you and tastes amazing". Right.WHY AM I EVEN GIVING THIS 2 STARS?While working with this company has been awful and I am no longer interested in buying their products b/c of that, my mom, who is diabetic, loved the cereal and is buying more of it. So, maybe, if you are diabetic, you might like the product. This is the only reason it gets 2 stars. At least my money isn't going to waste.SIDE NOTE: The seller on here is notably NOT CATALINA; notice the seller name. I'm not sure why the company Catalina didn't seem to care about the fact that they might have a reseller or fake seller on Amazon.ALSO, if you BUY DIRECTLY from Catalina's website (us.catalinacrunch.com), it is FREE SHIPPING. At least for that.
