Can you put it together?
This thing is reasonably well made but... the instructions are essentially useless. They may be of some help if you are planning to bolt it to a concrete block wall and then build a finished wall in front of it. If you're planning to install it between studs though... not so much. You get about nine words on that subject. The obvious is covered by the drawings, but the details that matter are never mentioned. If you are mechanically inclined and have done some plumbing you may be able to wing it as I was. Otherwise, seek help.
