This says x/Lg will this size fit a girl size 14-16 90 lbs.?

It should: my son was a size 12 and it had much room to grow-into. Looking forward to him fitting it next year.

Will that fit me: i am an adult male height 5.8 thin about 160 pounds?

You need a adult size between medium and large

The description says 12 to 14 months I assume the description should read 12 -24 years, correct?

I would think 12 t 14 months would fit a toddler. Be sure to look at the array of sizes. The costume was true-to-size: I purchased two, in different sizes, to be sure.
