Design is sleek and fits well within the intended space as displayed. On the bad side, many of the parts received had visible damage (apparently due to shipping). After assembly, the unit does not seem to hold together very tightly. Some stabilizing parts seem to be useless the way they fit into the unit.

The item comes in 3 different boxes and in 2 separate deliveries . It appears to be sturdy . Most of the connections utilize small wooden pegs/dowels to join the unit , and ofcourse there are the usual wood screws , and I used wood glue to keep it together along with it's hardware . This unit does not have any metal brackets to hang a tv and I do not see how you can hang one hear . Don't trust the material to hold up an 80lb tv . The worst thing here may be the fact that instead of putting number stickers so we know what to put where , the numbers seem to appear on the porous unfinished sides of the material making it difficult to see the part number . Looks good , but not for the nearly $800 price tag. I just wish that the instruction booklet was a little bigger and more legible . It is printed a very small font making it hard to read .

The unit is delivered in three boxes... eventually. I received only two, at first. There was cosmetic damage on several of the pieces, including the sliding doors. It takes the uninitiated about 6-8 hours to assemble over 135 parts. The illustrations were almost illegible on some pages; I took photos with my iPad to study and enlarge them.The design is exceptional, however. It’s creative, pretty well-engineered, and very stylish. If not for the aggravation associated with the shipping, damage, and assembly, I’d say it was worth the money.

Assembling the entertainment center was a bit confusing and some of the pieces had some minor damage. I'm sure that the damage pieces came from the delivery because the boxes they came in were heavy. But all that aside the entertainment center is beautiful and elegant, as soon as it was complete it made my living room look like it had a full make over.

I can't rate this bc when I got this the box was broken and missing parts and I think it might be broken

Looks like the picture. Multiple pieces cracked, chipped. The boards had no labeling or stickers. Guessing game of what was what.
