I Bought this as a gift. It says in the qna section that "all gifts come in genuine pandora gift box/wrapping"What I received was merely just a tangled up chain in some printed tissue paper in a plastic baggie. Straight looks like something out of a Thai sweat shop. I am not impressed at all. And when I rang amazon to complain about the presentation of my order. They just fobbed me off saying there is nothing they could do.Avoid completely.

Beautiful necklace but arrived in a little plastic bag and has the tightest knot it is. Going to have to take it to a local jewellers to see if they can fix. Boyfriend is devastated as it's my valentines present
