Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I’ve been using other popular brand bug zapper but i couldn’t leave it on especially at night because of the loud Fan noise and most of all it does not attract mosquitos(main reason why I needed the bug zapper) It only worked for a few fruit flies but not all. I didn’t want to use bug sprays because I have young children and came across with this product. I’m so glad I took a chance! Since the uv light bulb is much brighter it attracts more bugs than the other famous brand. Also the other one makes loud Fan noise vs this one doesn’t make any sound at all! I can leave them on all night when kids are sleeping. Best of all? You don’t need to buy replacement sticky tray like the other one!

I use this in my bedroom as I wake up in the morning with bites on my neck and back. I average around 20 mosquitos in my apartment, put it on my bookshelf, zapped the mosquitos and fruit flies all within a few hours, so happy! No more bites and buzzing in my ear waking me up in the middle of the night! Very lightweight and quiet, can't even hear the bugs being zapped. I'm buying another very soon for my back patio. So when I first got this, I thought it was solely an outdoor bug zapper. I was shocked when I got it and realized it was both indoor and outdoor it was. But quickly, I decided to keep it outdoors. This is mainly due to the fact that, I had never even heard of an indoor bug zapper before., let alone used one. To me it seemed unseemly. That was until 2 things happened simultaneously.The first thing is we got invaded by a strange smallish wasp that I've never seen before.And the second thing what's the pandemic, and the fact that most of our neighbors we're stocking up on live chickens, goats and other farm animals.When the wasps appeared days before the pandemic game strength. I decided to move the bug zapper indoors.I can tell you that none of us were stung by the wasps and the bug zapper absolutely controlled are pest problems.Within a week, we were experiencing a new kind of pest problem and that was Green head flies. Best bug zapper indoors, although unseemly to me at first, worked out amazing for this particular pest infestation. But not only took care of those flies but each and every flying insect that came into the house, or at least the vast majority of them.The machine is pretty easy to clean. You just take out the bottom it comes with its own little brush and he's just brush whatever's inside right into the trash..Now I have mine suspended off of a coat rack tucked into the corner of the living room. So it's pretty much out of sight, which makes me happy. I only had it outside for several days before I brought it inside, so I can't tell you how well it works outside. I know that I was nervous about rain and other inclement factors, but the box as well as the instructions, do say indoor and outdoor.We're so happy with this little bug zapper, there we purchased a few more varying types to send on to Fernando's family in Mexico. Where they have a great deal of problems with mosquitoes especially. We're just going to get an electric changer to change the outlet and send it down with whomever goes to Mexico next.So all-in-all yes, we've had a very positive experience for this product.

With the spring comes bugs. We have been getting these little fruit flies, gnats and some mosquitos. So I wants a smaller compact bug zapper that could be used inside or outside. I plugged this in and put it on the counter next to one of my plants that is producing these bugs and zap, zap, zap...it started killing the gnats. I got one mosquito and a couple of fruit flies too! This is great! It has a little pan that unscrews to easily clean it. It also comes with a little brush if you need to clean off the electrocution grates. We have also been using this in the evening sitting in the patio eating dinner. It draw the buds to it so they leave us alone. This is the perfect sized LITTLE bug zapper! Zap zap zap!!!! No more bugs.

Extremely effectiveHowever! If you have a Fly infestation during the day, it is virtually useless.This is a NIGHT TIME item only, very important to know because I live in SoCal, during the rain season flies get out of control soecially in a backyard with a dog and a garden, I had anywhere between 20-50 flies going around and being pesky. I bought this item and for some reason it didn't click to me that flies like light and thats how this works.BUT during the day, the sun is out, this is not very adequate for the day.And at night it gets chilly, about 60 degrees, thats a bit cold for flies and they go "dormant" and less active during the night.I still caught a decent amount of flies, and a LOT of mothsVery good item though, instructions were written in very poor English

I bought this to use right outside my door as my husband constantly complained I was letting in flies when I let the dogs in and out. It didn't help that having the kitchen light on attracted mosquitos at night, so we were running around right before bed to mash the suckers.However, when I opened the package, it does say indoor use only. It's in the instructions and on the zapper itself. I know the listing on here says outdoor is fine too, but I really didnt want to risk frying the thing when it sprinkles or gets too dusty during farming season.We ended up just placing it on the counter next to the door and we leave it on with all other lights off for a few minutes before bed to take care of any bugs that fly in. It does a great job! Attracts all bugs pretty quickly and takes care of any problem within a minute or two. We used it when one of our window screens broke and we had a TON of midges and mosquitos in the house. 30 minutes and I have yet to see anything else flying around. Definitely worth the money, even if it's not used as planned.
