Cartilage and bone marrow for meniscus regeneration
I’m using this product alongside bone marrow for meniscus regeneration. I had a 4mm cut in my meniscus as per MRI and now, after 5 months of bone marrow and cartilage type II pills, the swelling is gone and I can run again

What is the best way to take this?
I wish there was instructions on the bottle or thier web site on how to take this. I have heard it needs to be taken differently than the other types of collagen. I have hope it works. Just wished I knew what will make it more digest able and absorbable

i have not noticed any results from taking 4 capsules per day.
pills are large and difficult to swallow, no less pain in minor arthritis in hands
