I was really surprised at how well I liked this! I do not like my hair flat ironed because I have thin hair and it makes my hair even thinner when I have used a flat iron, plus there are the marks that leaves.This was super easy to use and left my hair feeling silky smooth. I have long hair that is generally straight with a slight wave when air dried. If I brush it, the waves come out but then it just looks slightly frizzy. Using this calmed down my frizz and only took 5 minutes tops.The brush plugs in and heats up right away. I used the lowest setting. The number flashes until the temp is reached, and that happened really fast. I also like that the cord attachment part of the iron rotates so I do not have to wrestle with the cord.I tried brushing my hair like a hair brush but that does not work because the hair does not go through the heating slots in the brush so I turned it upside down with the bristles facing up and laid a section of hair on top of it near my scalp and then used my hand on top to slowly glide it down the length of my hair. That worked great.I used it last night and my hair still feels silky smooth today without looking flat or ironed like it does with a flat iron. I used it on my dry hair first and it worked fine then decided to see how it would work with slightly damp hair. I just lightly sprayed my hair and then used it again and it worked the same. I did not use any styling products.

Ahh I really wanted to like this, but it’s not just meant for my hair type. For reference, I have thick, dark brown hair (Latino/Asian) that is mostly straight, and slightly wavy. Below are the pros and cons:Pros:- This straightening ‘brush’ was easy to set up and learn how to use.- The electric cord swivels around the base of the tool, so it moves with your arms around your head.- The temperature goes up to 450F (from 350F) which is nice for those of us with thicker hair who like to have it really straight.- The tool is pretty well-built; it has 21 ceramic plates with negative ion technology. It feels solid in your hand and not cheap at all.- If you have thinner hair, I think this could be a great straightening brush for morning hair routines.Cons:- It’s a little heavier than I’d like. Personally, I have no arm strength, so this is entirely subjective. It’s not heavier than my usual straightener, but I’m trying to upgrade here so I figured I’d give this a chance.- This doesn’t work for thick, long hair. It’s inefficient for my hair type. I had to really pull sections of my hair through, and it took too long to get my hair straight. My flatiron goes much quicker. If you have thin hair, perhaps, your hair would go through the ceramic plates easier.- Despite being called a ‘brush’, I could not for the life of me ‘brush’ my hair. I had to really pull my hair through, and I lost so much hair… it’s not a big deal, but it made a mess in my bathroom so after sweating it up trying to straighten my hair, I also had to clean the bathroom floor of all my strands of hair.- This tool is a bit expensive in my opinion. For that price, you can get a top brand flat iron or blow dry brush that does the job just as well.Overall, this heat brush would work for someone with thinner hair than me, but I wouldn’t buy this again because of the price, difficulty working on thick hair, and the need to really pull my hair through the plates.

The media could not be loaded. This brush is of good quality, the thickness is strong and heavy. It's easy to use and heats up quickly. You will notice that it is not regular like other heat brushes tend to be. The bristles are like combs, aligned by plates and do not have a great grip on the strand. My hair is soft, but it's been looking frizzy these weeks, so I want it well styled, but not looking like a mouse tail. I use it to straighten my hair and I feel that it doesn't work as fast as the others, since it takes me longer to adjust the hair and hold it at the ends to give it more stretch so that when I heat it it will be straight. You will need practice! The hot one is good, I also felt that it left my hair a little baggy, more than usual. For a better result it would be to put your hair on top and slide it gently although you will still have to hold it. It has a modern design and is practical in use. On the handle it has finger shapes to provide better stability and prevent it from slipping easily. It is easy to operate because it has a single button to turn it on or off and to adjust the temperatures. For me it was not what I expected, but it is a good product. My hair is very fine, perhaps it greases it more than it should by giving it a lot of heat. It gives a good stretch, I think it would be ideal for people with curlier hair. Although it is of great quality, good presentation and easy to use, the price is high for this tool, considering that there are many competitors in the market.

This is a nice sturdy, quality designed straightening brush. It heats up fast and brushes through my hair evenly and effectively. It magically smooths out frizz and curls without the hassle of using a flat iron. It's quite amazing, really. It doesn't damage my hair and leaves it feeling smooth and pretty looking. Really like the overall design and is offered at a reasonable price. Very reliable product. Happy with it.
