Purchased for event catering and this has been a lifesaver. It is easy to operate and quickly slices cabbage, cucumbers, ect. My only regret is not purchasing sooner.

Do it's job perfectly!

I really like that this is manually operated, no electricity needed. I planned on using it to shred cabbage to make sauerkraut. I shredded 2 heads of lettuce in no time, just totry it out. Didn't make kraut this year because of the dry summer.

It did the job I needed very well. I had to cut more than 20 cabbages and it sliced it very thin. I didn’t like the instructions and I had to view a video someone uploaded to see how to get it to work. I still could not adjust the thickness because the rotator on the one one I received is not like the picture - it was very hard. It may be a me issue since I don’t have a lot of strength and not so mechanically inclined. Thank goodness for that video!

Very well built and works very well. The only negative is that it is large and clumsy to store. It is very good for slicing multiple cucumbers at a time for pickles. Very easy to adjust and it adjusts from paper thin to reasonably thick. Very sharp and sturdy blades and very easy to use. Easy to take apart for cleaning, except for the little spring lock bolt on the back of the blade shaft which is hard to get your fingers on. Once you do it comes apart very nice and goes back together even nicer.

Slices perfectly if you can manage to get the veggies positioned properly in the feed chute without cutting your fingers. It came with no instructions, but putting together was self explanatory. What it needs is a hold back for the pusher which has a very strong spring. I'm going to make one out of wood, pvc pipe or anything else I might think of that will be easier to make or work better. It should also have a lock on the slicer wheel.

I'm thinking this is going to make quick work slicing a dozen onions, tomatoes and lettuce daily for our food truck!

It’s just ok. It does a great job after I adjust the thickness but the dial to do that is awkward. Also had to glue the protector on the knife guard. For the price it’s good!
