Definitely recommended when lifting heavy objects. Very good quality... Same as professional movers would use! Great for the price! Definitely long enough for any size person. I came across this product while searching for an appliance dolly, as we were needing to move a washer, dryer, etc., to get ready for some remodeling and installation of new appliances. I figured I would give this product a try and I'm glad I did. These shoulder dolly moving straps were easy to use and made moving the washer and dryer a breeze. This product works great and as an added plus, significantly more affordable than an actual dolly. If you need a great setup for moving appliances, this is a great product. The only con I can think of is that you need two people, whereas a wheeled appliance dolly allows for easy handling by a single individual.

The straps worked pretty good, I would expect them to get easier yo use as you use them more often. Stairs were difficult to navigate, different height of lifters, removing the object from the straps was challenging at times when going into moving van

Got the straps for me to move my gym equipment around. Now my husband wants them for work. I hid them from him. He can buy his own. Lol I gave them to him. We moved a step mill weighing 500lbs Me-108lbs 5’2” 52 years old Husband 225lbs 5’11” 51 years old 2 straps , 1 thick and long strap in a package. So glad I came across the REDDIT guy who left the link to the straps. We moved step mill from garage to the basement door with one step leading up to the basement. We got it into the basement. I noticed a lot of legs and arms were being used. It’s been 9 hours since we moved the machine. I don’t feel anything in my lower back. No pain in my knees. Some of you will understand :) i thought something was going to hurt. Same for husband he’s fine. When moving machine side rails were off and top of the program was off. Machine is awkward and very heavy.

OK, keep in mind grandma and grandpa aren't going to be packing a new refrigerator into the kitchen after hitting a sale at their local Home Depot! Yes they allow two people to move some pretty heavy items, but ponder for a moment how stove up you might get after hoisting 4-500 pounds worth of "Whatever" to "Wherever" in your home! If you're ambitious, of sound mind and in good physical shape, then by all means strap these babies on and go for the gold! We purchased these to move a refrigerator from our kitchen, down two steps and out to our van. This was a father/son move, and dad ain't no spring chicken so there was some moaning, groaning and a few stops before reaching the van. We got the job done, but it felt pretty much like I was backpacking half a refrigerator. There's a slight learning curve when actually lifting and walking, but you figure it out pretty quickly knowing you still have to maneuver around a few things and then get out the front door and down the steps. We had to stop and adjust the straps to get down the steps because the lift is somewhat higher and you're paying more attention to keeping your balance while navigating each step. Following a brief rest and final readjustment of the straps we made the short hike to the van and loaded it in. When I woke up and saw my wife and son leaning over me in my hospital bed sobbing uncontrollably, I knew something went horribly wrong...KIDDING!!! The straps work as advertised. You can lift some pretty heavy items and maneuverability is far more flexible than an appliance dolly. Navigating steps can get a little hairy, and I'm not sure I would trust myself to try and carry a refrigerator up and especially not down a full flight of stairs. The person on the lower portion of the lift could get seriously injured if the weight shifted uncontrollably or the upper lifter couldn't hold their portion of the load. Some basic common sense needs to be implemented when attempting to move any heavy object, whether its on a dolly or utilizing this strap system. The components are all made very well and they are quite wide so stabilizing the load with some help of your hands is intuitive. Manuverability is also very good, so getting in and out of tight places or around other objects is fairly easy. Overall the process is straight forward and you are literally up and moving in a matter of minutes. The only caution I would make is to not make a lift if you have any back, neck or leg issues because all three become the human frame that both lifts and supports whatever weight you're trying to move. This is a pretty slick way to move heavy objects and about the cost of your time and money to rent an appliance dolly for a day with the bonus of owning the kit for any future moving for yourself, friends or family members. I would recommend this item as a great alternative to using dollies for moving heavy items into, out of or around the home.

Not adjustable for the height. I'm only 5'2" so they were way too big for me to be able to use them. Seemed like good quality but only for tall people.

Dieser Tragegurt ist jeden Cent wert. Habe damit einen Side by Side Kühlschrank , Waschmaschine, Echtholzmöbel , Couch ,Klavier und noch vieles mehr getragen. Auch über mehrere Etagen. Ich hatte nicht einmal das Gefühl meinen Rücken belastet zu haben, Mega. Die Verarbeitung der Gurte sind sehr hochwertig. Die Scharniere (Patentiert) wo man den Tragegurt fixiert ist sehr robust, kein verbiegen oder rutschen. Natürlich sollte man erst etwas damit üben um ein Gefühl dafür zu bekommen. Wenn man mit seinem Partner im Einklang ist macht der Umzug einfach nur noch Spaß. Negative Sachen gab es eigentlich nicht. Nur das man mit dem Rest des Gurtes aufpassen muss das man nicht drauf tritt, einfach fixieren mit Wäsche Klammern. Die Anleitung war für mich ausreichend und verständlich. Volle Kaufempfehlung.

J’ai utilisé ces sangles ShoulderDolly pour mon dernier déménagement et je dois dire que ça fait une vraie différence, surtout pour les gros meubles ou l’électroménager. Je ne pensais pas que ce serait aussi utile, mais après avoir déplacé un lave-linge, un canapé et un frigo avec un ami, je peux dire que c’est un bon investissement. ✅ Réduction de la charge ressentie : On sent clairement que le poids est mieux réparti. Le dos souffre beaucoup moins, et on est plus stable dans les mouvements. ✅ Très simple à utiliser : En suivant bien les instructions (prises sur internet pour être sûr), on met les sangles en place rapidement. Pas besoin d’être costaud, c’est l’effet levier qui fait le boulot. ✅ Adapté à plein d’objets : Testé sur plusieurs types de meubles : canapé droit, machine à laver, congélateur, armoire, etc. Tout s’est déplacé sans problème. ✅ Libère les mains : C’est bête, mais pouvoir tenir l’objet pour le stabiliser tout en le portant, ça aide à éviter les accrochages. ⚠️ À savoir : Il faut être deux pour que ça fonctionne correctement, et idéalement de taille proche. Et pour les objets très bas (comme certains lits), ce n’est pas aussi pratique, mais ça se fait. 💡 Petit conseil : N’hésitez pas à tester sur un petit meuble pour vous entraîner avant de porter du lourd, histoire d’ajuster la sangle comme il faut. Une fois qu’on a le coup de main, ça roule. ✅ En résumé : Très bon produit, solide et utile. Ça peut clairement éviter des blessures et de la fatigue. Pour le prix, ça vaut largement le coup si vous avez un déménagement ou même un gros réaménagement à faire chez vous.
