A great food catcher for those messy babies!
This is a great product. I have to place the suction under our high chair tray as it's a funny material on top so it obviously doesn't work as well cause of that. The design is cute, it's easy to put on and it's washable plus dries quickly. Worth buying for sure.

Great for messy babas
This cover is really good! We have used this for two days and I'm quite impressed. My baby is weaning and loves to drop food all over her legs to store for later, so the little suction cups to attach to the table top are great at stopping her getting too wet & messy. The velcro fastening at the neck is super handy and way less fiddly than the rubber bibs. This is easy to hand-wash at the sink and is usually dry by the next meal. I was sceptical of whether it was really waterproof at first but it definitely seems to keep the juices from leaking through to her clothes.100% would recommend.

I think better than their competitor
I’ve added a comparison to Bibado bibs above my original review after purchasing a second weaning bib for my baby.Comparison to Bibado:Pros* Tidy Tot is £5 cheaper, which doesn’t sound like a huge amount but I will need a few bibs so it adds up* I find the Tidy Tot is a much better size for my six month old-the sleeves are about the right length and the body doesn’t drown her* the Velcro at the neck is well positioned to adjust it very nicely. I can’t make the neck on the Bibado small enough* The elastic In the Tidy Tot is more snug at the wrist so food doesn’t find its way inside the sleeves* I find the suckers less of a faff to use that the elastic strap on the Bibado bib that wraps around the table or seatCons* the fabric patterns aren’t as nice as the Bibado bibs in my opinion* I suppose the smaller Tidy Tot bib size may become a con rather than a pro as she gets bigger* there is a bit more of a gap down the sides for food to fall into the seat compared to the BibadoOriginal review before purchasing Bibado:To first time parents it sounds like a bib that covers most of your baby and her table is going to be overkill. It isn’t! From someone who learned it the hard way, you definitely need one.The first time we put this bib on our baby she really didn’t like it. I think it was the sound that the fabric made, and there were tears. but if I’m being honest she is a generally fussy baby. After lunch was finished there was a two minute clean up operation. Perfect. The second time we gave her solids, in view of the previous tears we decided to let her eat peas without the bib. Big mistake. It took us five minutes of wiping her down and stripping her off until she was clean enough even to be removed from the chair! Considerably more tears followed when she had to have an emergency bath. Then we had to clean the chair and the floor, of course. In spite of the immediate (and we thought quite thorough) clean up, everywhere she sat that day is now covered in peas. After a few days of playing with the bib as though it were a toy (touching it, scratching it, peek-a-boo etc) she is now happy to wear it. Some food down still goes down the sides into the seat, but very little, and the Velcro neck and elasticated arm holes haven’t failed us yet.The suckers stick quite nicely to the plastic table top and she hasn’t worked out how to pull them off yet. It washes in the machine really well and dries pretty quickly (overnight certainly, but not between meals). I think once we are feeding her solids more than once a day we will need a couple more bibs. I will trial some different brands to find out which one works best for us, but I’m not expecting to find one that is significantly better. Baby led weaning is what it is; messy but fun!

It’s ok
It’s an ok bib. The suction isn’t very strong, so I’m constantly having to reattach it to the high chair tray, which gets tedious when managing a baby as well. I wouldn’t recommend.

Perfect, keeps baby clean
I have 3 of these for my son and they are so much better than traditional bibs. They are waterproof and wash really well. They are easy to put on as the fabrics soft. The little travel pouch is an added bonus, I keep one in my changing bag and it really doesn't take up much space. Would recommend 10x over !

Doesn't Wipe Clean & Absorbs Too Much Water if Washed by Hand
Bought this as we started weaning but sadly it's not fit for purpise.Despite the description saying "made from 100% premium polyester with an easy-wipe fabric" and the care instructions specifying "wipe clean with a damp cloth or machine wash at 40 degrees", I've yet to have a meal after which this could be wiped clean! After the first use, where it got stained by mashed brocolli I quickly rinsed it by hand but it absorbed so much water it took ages to dry. Next meal it got covered in yogurt so I tried machine washing it. It did come clean and due to spin cycle it dried quicker so it seems the only way these can be effectively cleaned is to machine wash.I understand these will need to be washed periodically but I'd hoped that I'd be able to wipe clean after most meals and wash periodically, however that's not possible. So disappointed as loved that these suctioned to high chair but with 3+ meals per day, even if I were to purchase multiple units, it's simply not feasible to machine wash these after every use.

Excellent weaning bib!!
Love how lightweight this product is. It is very easy to clean and dries quickly. My 6 month old baby loves looking at the colors and shapes on this bib. Such a good buy and it is water proof so my baby stays dry and mess free after her meal. Definitely recommend buying !!

Great product
Absolutely brilliant bib! So easy to clean, definitely reduced the mess! I am using with an ikea highchair. I contacted Tidy Tot directly as the suction cups weren't working great. They got back to me within hours and told me to soak them each in boiling water for 30 secs - now they work like a dream! Might have to get another!
