A great purchase and great quality wood.
My family has had this set for three years now. Great chess set! The pieces are high quality and the magnetic strength is pretty solid. The pieces feel like solid wood and we love the foam cutout that holds them snugly. It is a heavy set and feel like quality craftsmanship. Excellent value for the money.

Good chess set
I think the size of the board and pieces are perfect. The quality of materials used are good. Easy to transport since you can fold it in half and lock it and foam keeps the pieces from sliding around. I like how the magnets aren’t super strong where it’s hard to move but just enough it keep them in place. I would say this is a good set to start out with. It’s my first chess set and I’m glad I purchased this one.

Good Quality chess Board
First physical chess board and I’m quite content with it, I like the way how the pieces just snap to the board.Weight:The weight is alright so I can still bring it around if I want to.

great wooden board, excellent case with foam for chess pieces, pieces slightly tilted
great wooden board with magnetic pieces. it seems like some of the pieces are slightly tilted. the magnets underneath the pieces are ok-ish. been using only for about 2 days. the package itself was great. the pieces are placed inside a carved foam to snugly fit the pieces when not in use. one of the pieces had some sort of mold that i had to clean it away. otherwise been satisfied with the product.

Great Quality chess set and Excellent Customer Service
The chess board and pieces are both very well made. The craftsmanship is solid, and the pieces have a nice weight and feel to them—definitely a step up from cheaper sets. I did have a minor issue with the top of the board when it first arrived, but the customer service team was fantastic. They responded quickly and resolved the problem immediately. It’s always reassuring to know a company stands behind their product. Highly recommend!

Terrific chess set - recommended
Very pleased with this chess set. Bought for my 93 yr old dad - he has a tremor so needed the magnet board - cuts back on him inadvertently knocking over pieces. Magnet isn't too strong - it's just right. Was worried the "travel" board might be too small - it's a terrific size, portable but doesn't feel too small at all. Great set.
