OK product, horrible service and managment
This was sold by Canyon Coolers (not a vendor). The money is of no concern for me buying this versus a Yeti or other brand. The reason I purchased this is that I saw apparently a non-biased product comparison showing this cooler holds ice some 60% longer than a Yeti. Purchased this cooler for a 6 day fishing trip to the beach, camping in tents, no shade except for Noah tarps and our tents. Bottom line, this cooler held ice about the same as my friend's Yeti. That said, this cooler is cheaper on that account, but Yetis have more accessories and more 3rd party accessories from other vendors, so by product comparison, money no object, I would not choose this cooler again over its competitors.Now why the 1 stars? It's because of the misleading marketing, mismanagement, and poor customer service from Canyon Coolers, which is part of the product.First, I ordered this on 9/13, 3 weeks before my trip. It arrived 9/19 with a note saying the tray was on back order. The tray was one selling point on me purchasing this product. There was no indication when it would arrive; if I would get it before my trip. So Canyon Coolers makes ME follow up to ask. So I explained I have a trip coming up, can you please confirm when I will get the tray. They responded they didn't know. The tray did NOT come before the trip, so I ended up with food floating in the watery ice.10/13, 2 weeks after my trip, with no update or communications, Canyon Coolers again makes ME follow up and ask when I'll get the tray. 10/14 they responded it that I will receive the tray the first week of November.11/26 still no tray, so Canyon Cooler continues to make ME manage their customer service department, following up and asking "you said first of November, it's now end of November" what's the ETA? 11/26 same day Canyon Coolers responded "your order slipped through the cracks" and they will get one out that day.11/29 the tray finally arrived. For their misleading selling practices, selling products with known missing parts and not disclosing to buyers, for not getting me the tray before my trip though they had 3 weeks to do so, making me be the customer service manager and follow up 3 times and telling me that it fell through the cracks, and finally getting me the simple tray 11 weeks (almost 3 months) after I ordered the product), there was not a token gift like an extra tray (would have been preferred), not a small cheap something like a cozy, not even a hand written note explaining they are so poorly run they can't afford to give me a token gift but please accept their apologies as a valued customer...nothing...Never again will I ever buy a Canyon Cooler product, and since I'm quite technical on this stuff, all my friends knew about this cooler and they all now know about my experiences. Sam Walton once said, make 1 customer happy and they will tell 1 other person, but make 1 customer unhappy and they will go tell 10 other people. He's exactly right!

DID NOT COME WITH THE BASKETS AS ADVERTISED!!!
I spent a lot of money on this cooler to not receive the parts with it. To have to reach out several times and still not have them is completely ridiculous! I may be submitting a refund request.

Best cooler made, ever!
I bought the Prospector 103 1.5 years ago and designed a frame around it and a huge drybox for my 12 ft Hyside raft. It held ice for a 13 day car camping trip to Big Bend park with temps into the 90's. It is so ahead of competition with features like: molded lip to sit on raft frames so no straps and no more shifting, drain in front and side, bomber hinges, and great durability. This is the brand the grand canyon outfitters are going to, that says it all.
