Shipping was quick but received a defective or refurbished unit. Probably why the price is cheaper. The bottom of the base is missing a steel plate that protects the motherboard of the unit from any potential water and static damage. Pretty disappointed.

Was cheaper than puffco's site and the color I purchased was also sold out on puffco's site so I was a bit skeptical when purchasing, but when receiving it, it was in a brand new box and worked perfectly after a quick charge. No complains yet and already purchased a ball cap for it.. shipping was pretty quick too for not being on prime

Don’t listen to Negative Posts I just revived mine and it’s Brand new and works perfect. Negative posts must have gotten in lucky with shipping and may have been damaged but I didn’t have any problems and came before expected. Thanks so much!
