When i first took this out of the box i was disappointed ! I couldn’t figure out how to use it ..the user book is so unexplainable... but after playing with i took 4 springs out to make it easier to use to lighten the weight to 90 lbs ... i absolutely love it .. I’m a gym rat i work our daily this thing definitely trig small muscle groups .. watch the instruction video on how to use it .. i love this thing
