The 16 backsweep provides a natural transition from the lower arm to the hand when in a more stretched riding position. The 4 upsweep brings the elbows into a perfect position for a dynamic riding style. The 15mm, 30mm or 45mm rise allow individualized positions. 31,8mm clamp diameter. Also available in carbon. Passed the "Zedler End of Life" test with flying colors. The perfect combination of form, wall thickness and diameter with the corresponding anatomically optimized bend for various riding dynamics, currently make the new SQlab 30X handlebar series the most stable as well as the lightest bar in its field.

Alleviates wrist pain
I use this bar for trail riding. Works great. No complaints regarding tube wall thickness, coating durability, or anything else. I use the 45mm riser model. I thought that I would need to change the stem to compensate for the backsweep, but I'm glad that I tried it with the stock stem. Maybe it was the 45 mm rise, but my cockpit is far more comfortable than it was with the stock bar. The SQLab 30X Series is rated for Condition 5 (the most extreme) as described by international standard ASTM F2043-13. This is comforting. SQlab 30X is the only high backsweep bar that is certified for Condition 5 riding, as far as I know.

Only one issue of complaint!
I have a bike to ride, not to look at, but I expect expensive parts to look decent for awhile and I also like riding a nice looking bike. The design and quality of this bar is great except one major flaw. Even a minor ding or touch of a tool will leave a bare metal mark. It's the worst paint or powder coat I've ever encountered of the medium price parts and bikes I've owned in the last 10 years. Fortunately, the vendor was kind enough to let me return it. Sincere thank you to BikeSomeWhere. Great seller here on Amazon. I like the design and back sweep very much.

Great ergonomic handle bar
It's hard to find handlebars that combine this much rise (4.5 cm) with 16 degrees of backsweep. I combined these bars with an adjustable 55 degree step to allow me to ride my mountain bike in a more upright, ergonomic position.

Felt great right from the start
I got the 45x16 to replace the flat x 11 on my fat bike. It's about an inch wider, but I use it all. No reason to cut it down.Felt great right from the start. Still does.
