What are the ingredients please?

ingredients listed on the label are: sugar, breakfast cocoa processed with alkali, unsweetened chocolate, emulsifier, (soy lecithin, dextrose (corn), natural flavor. Also says “May contain milk” Before looking at the label on my canister, I googled Godivia to see if they show the ingredients in detail for the product on their website ; they do not. That’s a failing on their part.

Can I prepare it with water instead of milk?

Yes, it is not as good but still delicious.

There’s 25 grams in 4 tablespoons, which is considered a serving per the label. That seems like a hefty serving to me, as you don’t really need that much to make delicious hot chocolate with this stuff.
