I have never bought name brand ink . Always buy this product and it hasn't failed me but once. Does have beautiful color and compared to og it's great to save money and works the same

Ink cartridge worked great after install in my HP J4680 ink jet. No problems encountered and excellent price.1/25/2024, follow-up: I guess I spoke too soon. Two days ago my printer stopped working due to incompatible cartridge error. I was getting the error message on the black cart only. I saw a number of "fixes" on line, none worked. Some I tried, taking carts out and back in. Repeat a couple times. Leave printer off for upwards of 15 minutes and turn on. Nothing worked. In my control panel, (Windows 10) the printer no longer shows up as an installed device. I put the empty HP carts back in, and the printer shows back up in control panel the error messages are gone. Nothing I tried worked.After initial install, carts worked fine, Color & Black, and my printer showed up in control panel. I would estimate I've printer approximately 20-30 pages and probably 80-90% printed in Black.I'm hopeful Greenbox reads these reviews, if so:Do you have a fix that will allow these carts to work? If not, I know I'm beyond 30 days for an Amazon return (purchased 11/20/23), does Greenbox have a longer warranty? If so, can I get a refund, if cart continue to not work? Thank you.2/3/2024: Have heard nothing from Greenbox. Changing original rating from 5 star to 1 star. Black cartridge stopped working after printing about 10 pages, then received problem codes about the cartridges. Tried a resetting a number of times, installing & uninstalling, nothing worked. I DO NOT recommend these cartridges.

Product works great. Price is half of what we would pay in store. Our printer knew it was not a HP product but the reviews said that would happen. Just press ok. The HP printer we have is a workhorse and will be disappointed when we can no longer get ink for printing.

Cartridges initially appeared to work well as a replacement for original manufacturer's items. Time will tell as far as long term performance.

I have seen no ill effects on my printer or thr quality of printouts for mt personal use
