Great price I mix it with my eggs in morning fresh eggs from neighbor cooked with a little olive oil a little avocado a quarter slice and a serrano pepper it goes great like that don't just mix it with water look it up on line how to take the stuff

Don’t buy this
There is no indication of how to measure the dose, so I have to assume that the little scoop they provided is one “serving” of 100 mg. It does not mix well at all with water. I think that more powder remained on the sides of the cup than entered my body. I will stick to the “Doctor’s Best” tablets.
