It is nowhere mentioned that the item is an inspect and buy. I bought it for my Dad when he is out of town. And cannot check the the size and fit. I was not even present during delivery to inspect myself.

It is not leather as mentioned .It is rexain. I am very disappointed with the quality.I can bought pure leather at the same price.I will never recommend this product to anyone.
