I carefully measured the injured finger and according to their chart would need a size 4. So I ordered the size large set that included sizes 3, 4 and 5 to have the best chance of getting a size that would fit.To my pleasant surprise the size 4 fit perfectly as recommended.The Velcro strap is now the same tan color as the splint so it blends in well.Most importantly, the function is as it should be for treating mallet finger. The finger tip is held comfortably in a slightly upward angle and the overall length allows for the first knuckle to still be able to bend.To ensure your success, either cut a piece of string or even a rubber band as I did to exactly measure your injured knuckle on the affected finger.I’m very pleased with this splint and would highly recommend it for the treatment of mallet finger.

If your finger is hurting this is not the splint you want at first. My situation is the top of my ring finger above the first joint behind the nail is swollen. Almost like rheumatoid. But its the only finger that is injured this device is hard plastic and i actually need to put a bandaid on under it. I needed something slim enough to maby get into a glove. But if your finger is not sensitive and hurting it dose the job and it stays on your finger. Package contents and my order was accurate and fast.

Used for jammed middle finger. After 7 weeks I can straighten my finger. Still wearing brace for any tasks and at night so not to reunite during time of now rehab. Glad I got 3 different size assortment as proper fit is important.

I have bought four different typesmallet finger splints this is the best one comfortable. Great. Buy a set of three they run small.

I tried it because thought it would be helpful for typing. Also, was annoyed with getting paper tape and conventional splints wet when washing hands. I was concerned that this might not be sturdy enough to keep my mallet finger straight. But it works great. I wear this especially when I want a break from the old-fashioned splint that the doctor gave me.

havent used but a few days but seems like it will be a good product. better than previous splints used

I ordered a small one because my pinky is thin. I like it because I can take it off easily when washing hands etc.This has no tape. Fits well but is bulky.

Perfect. The best splint so far for my mallet finger.
