I am a 37 year old disabled combat veteran with several back injuries and chronic pain. I have seen multiple chiropractors in the last 15 years for corrective treatments, but my most recent and best chiropractor really helped me make a breakthrough with my upper back and neck pain. Since I've been out of the Army, I have worked from a desk for the majority of my days, and that has only made my problems worse - mostly because of my posture. You just don't think about your posture most of the time, especially when you are busy! He told me to go on Amazon and search for the Luxo Posture Corrector and read the reviews, so I did. After looking at several other brands that cost more, I decided to give the Luxo a try. It arrived the next day and I just so happen to be outside doing yard work, so I decided to put it on immediately. Almost instantly, I felt major support in my upper back and neck! My shoulders pulled back, taking a lot of stress off of my upper back muscles. I wore it for about 4 hours and didn't experience any binding or uncomfortable chafing. To the folks with degenerative spine conditions: This product is a MUST! I ordered a second Luxo for my wife, and will be buying more for family members.

1.) Tighten both sides equally so that your arms hang to the sides of your body...(...duh....) Loosen it so that you only feel it if you slouch.When you sit down and rest your arms, OR lean, no "posture-corrector" will be very effective,Its most effective while you're standing / walking.Luckily, this helps even when I take it off!!! Your "muscle-memory" will remind you to correct your posture.This will NOT strengthen the muscles responsible for your slouching, (google: Slouching Exercises.)This immediately helped me improve my posture which has been a concern of mine for years.I'd seriously give this fifty stars if I could. Can tell that it makes your posture better right away. Haven’t had it long enough for long term feedback. Will update in a few weeks.

I have a problem with my posture while sitting in a chair all day. My shoulders tend to hunch over and this leads to afternoon back pain. The Posture Corrector helps to keep my shoulders in place and avoid the back pain.

So far so good. It is a lot more comfortable than the bulky one I started off with. It will work great in the garden this summer.

What can I say. The product is great! It was easy to set up and not cheaply made. My neck was sore all the time from my slouching since I work at a computer all day. Since I have been using the Luxor’s posture correcter my neck pain has gone almost completely away. I wish I would had gotten this earlier.
