This stuff tastes great! Works well in all my Asian inspired dishes, super easy to add to any dish. I especially love it in my cold tofu salad. The quality is far above many others I have purchased. Great product at a great price. I roast a lot of vegetables in the oven. Have started using this in place of olive oil since avacado oil has a higher smoke point. Very mild flavor.
