Excellent solution to the issue of getting into and out of a cab over RV bed.
Installs and fits perfectly. I did have to shorten the legs a bit to get the correct angle (as specified in the instructions) but that was as easy as measuring and cutting the aluminum tubing with a pipe cutter.Shipping was slow, I guess Amazon wants you subscribe to Prime for an extra hundred bucks a year. I cannot see that. If I need it asap, I buy local if not, I can deal with slow shipping.Nice ladder and a very innovative docking solution to avoid any slipping of the ladder when using it. Very well made and lightweight aluminum with added rubber treads on each step. Wide steps are a necessity when you are getting in and out in bare or stocking feet.....

Didn’t work for Northstar 850 SC
It did not work for my truck camper so I had to return it. If I was to mount it, this would’ve exceeded the 19° Angle limit for my truck camper. Thus making it unsafe for my needs. However it is well constructed.

Perfect!
Perfect for our homemade RV loft bed for our toddler! I can get on it (155lbs adult) and it's totally sturdy. We had to cut off about 10" and it was neat and fast with a pipe cutter. Very simple to do. Make sure you have sufficient room to pull the ladder straight out 90 degrees from the attachment point, since that's how you get it on and off.

The angle of the steps is a deal breaker. unless you plan on wearing hard sole shoes while climbing this ladder don't buy it.

Shipping came in a couple days.
Worked good but had to cut bottom to make it shorter.

I bought this for a loft bed that I built into a child's bedroom. It took about a minute to install. It is very solid and easy to move out of the way without being easy to detach for a child. It also looks very sharp; you can flip it around to "hide" all the warning stickers on it without having to peel them off.

I like it so much better than the kind that hang ...
We use this in our camper. I like it so much better than the kind that hang on the rail of the bunk bed. Especially because our camper doesn't seem to have any kind of lip for it to grab. This is super sturdy and safe and I have seen my eight-year-old be pretty rough climbing up and down it and I've even used it myself to climb up there and give him a snuggle before bed. We had to saw off a little bit of it. Maybe 8 inch or so. When you get it, if it's too long, just pop the bottom caps off the bottom and then use a saw to cut it to the length that you want it and then put those back on so it's not sharp and then you have whatever size you want. It would have fit the length that it came but it would have taken up the whole walkway. I like it at less of a sticking out-ness.

Nice
This ladder is well built , easy to install and should last a long time. The only drawback is the steps are at a 90 degree angle to the legs of the ladder and thus are not at an optimal angle for climbing and this requires use of shoes or it hurts the feet.I would have given 5 stars if the steps were angled to be flat with the floor.
