Nutrissence Milk Thistle Extract 250mg – 1000mg Milk Thistle Equivalent – 200 Capsules

Product appears to be doing it's job. I bought it because it is a natural remedy to help the liver processes and being a diabetic for the past 20 years, I use several naturopathic remedies that seem to help. I also suffer from Celiac disease and Hashimoto's Hypothyroid disease. From my research I most likely have leaky gut syndrome and am currently completing a candida cleanse. I am feeling much more energetic and sleeping well with a nice decrease in joint pain .... so these naturopathic methods seem to be helping much ... and I truly thank God for all this improvement. So, I believe the Milk Thistle has given my liver a boost, and the product is in capsule form, and is a good buy for the amount of product that I received ... also well packaged. I know there's no 'proof' that Milk Thistle helps with hangovers, but these have definitely helped me!! I take couple before I go out and then a couple more in the morning (with drinking water before I go to bed, too), I feel much better than I have in the past in the mornings. Arrived within 2 days (Amazon Prime), I'll definitely be ordering these again.

Great product, easy to swallow, you can take on an empty stomach and not get anupset tummy. I Highly suggest it to anyone who drinks and or smokes.Silymarin is the only proven herb that actually aides your liver in fighting free radicals. It's also great to find it in the 1000mg dose. Before I was taking 3 to 6 200 mg capsules.. I've taken it for years and most of my friends have followed suit.

I can't find Milk Thistle in 1,000 mg in the store except GNC and there the price is too high. This is a great buy for a product we swear by.

I personally like this product more than not. I did notice that I could not consistently take it as it made me break out, however, I am pretty sensitive to everything. I found that taking it after a few cocktails worked much better than taking it on a daily basis. I can't give rave reviews as I'm not sure that it really did all that much for me.

My doctor prescribed Milk Thistle for me as I undergo treatment for an infection with a medication that can affect the liver. I compared products, saw the outstanding reviews for Nutrissence Milk Thistle 1000mg and thought that I would give it a try. I was not disappointed. This is an outstanding product! I highly recommend!!

I recommend taking 2 pills in the AM and 1 pill in the in the evening. I am a moderate drinker and used pain meds and including tylenol. So, IMO, people who take a lot of meds (especially tylenol or other liver damaging meds) I would give it a try . Since the last time I posted, my liver enzymes went from over 80 to the low twentys (referring to my AST & ALT enzyme numbers). Don't forget to drink plenty water with this product it will help you cleanse your liver!
