Roller is sturdy. Firm yet sturdy. Both balls are made of plastic.

The media could not be loaded. Soft material making it easy to use.Looking durable quality wise.Will update after few days of use.

Sturdiness of the foam roller is good and the balls provided are also up to mark but i hope it doesn't break after 2 - 3 months of usage as mentioned in other reviews and if it does BODYLASTICS please stand on your word.Otherwise its a really good product and really helped me relax my muscles.

The media could not be loaded. The quality is mediocre. The manufacturing is not flawless. Don't know how long it will last but not bad.While rolling getting two different textures is a bit weird.. I guess getting one texture is better I wish I heeded that advice when I saw in one of the videos.The spikes seems too rough when muscles r in pain and r too tight.I liked it for my hamstrings but not so much for my back, it increased the pain a bit.The density is medium I think.I don't know I'd all of this type of rollers have this but the pvc pipe underneath is a bit cheap.The balls I find nice. Esp the spike one for hand pain.The diameter is a bit too big.The bag is very cheap material and I don't get why there is net in middle, because of the ridges dust will be tracked in it when not in use. I get when they r in yoga mat but doesn't make much sense in this.Also, I would have given review anyways but its weird that say to get warranty u need to put review.

This is my second purchase of the same item in the last 4 years. I am honestly here doing this coz my last roller broke hence applying for the warranty for this one and writing a review is mandatory for it. The last purchase lasted me for good 4 years. So No complains.

This product seems to be of good quality overall, although I haven't used it for too long so can't say about the durability. It seems sturdy and the foam is of good quality. However, I feel that the foam is too hard for beginner use, although it was mentioned as medium density and good for beginners in the description. Also maybe the diameter could have been a little smaller to allow for easier use.
