I’m on my second box of Malden Flaked Sea Salt. Originally, when I came back to Amazon to buy the second box, it was unavailable, so I bought a different brand. Disappointing. It was so coarse that it hurt my fingers when crushing. As soon as the Maldon was back in stock, I reordered. Gave away the other. Maldon is light, flakey, and easy to crush in your fingers for the finishing size you want. Pleasant fresh salty flavor. Not too strong. Dissolves quickly in liquids. Love it.

Really love this flaky salt- great taste and great consistency! Only negative is that is comes in a box/bag that are not resealable- so had to transfer into another container. Great product other than packaging!

Arrivato nei tempi previsti. Grande classico. Perfetto per carni e pesce, sia crudo che cotto. Lo uso da anni. Va tenuto lontano da fonti di umidita o calore eccessivo. Soddisfatto!
