Simply spread the release-a-cake lightly inside your cake pan with a pastry brush and fill your pan as you normally would. Cakes release every time, giving you the ideal surface for decorating. Comes in a 236 g bottle with a convenient dispensing twist cap. Release-a-cake is your guarantee that your cakes will come out perfectly every time. Store at room temperature. Review: I love baking with awkward shaped molds, not easy getting cake out in one piece. Thought I'd give this a try. Prepped the mold with the cake release. Now it looks yucky when you pour it out, but spreads really well when used with a silicone brush. Also a little goes a long way so don't overdo it. Took the cake out of the oven & tipped it onto a cooling rack. Et voila! Demolded in one piece. It's easy to clean off as well, no residue, no funny taste on the cake either. This is really good stuff & will be my go to from now on. Cakes are Coconut & blueberry (Left) & cherry & macadamia nut (right).
