Our multi-generational family has read the series. As soon as one person finished the book it was passed up the chain until grandma got it last.We especially liked trying to figure out what the real world recipes could be. And we have adapted some very successfully! Yummm

Continues to be one of my favorite series, and the story is picking up in stakes

This series is so good and jam-packed full of fun concepts and wonderful moments

Delicious Dungeon is a great, unique, manga. The story is excellent, and worth reading. The quality of the volumes is questionable.I don't know if it is a warehouse or publisher issue, but every volume of Delicious Dungeon I have purchased has had some minor damage on the spine and discoloration. Some of them were sticky for some reason. Volume 6 (reviewed here) arrived in a plastic bag (the only volume that did) and had visible damage to the spine and a tear in the front cover.I don't know if this is an issue with the warehouses used to store the volumes or the publisher Yen Press, however I have not had this issue ordering manga from Amazon previously, and this is the first Yen Press title I have purchased.These volumes are by far the most damaged new books I have ever received, and I warn anyone looking to get into this series to question purchasing the physical volumes due to such consistently poor quality control.

The spine was destroyed and multiple pages ripped and torn. I total waste of money after waiting multiple weeks for it to arrive. A total scam.

Oh my goodness the comedy of volume 8 of Delicious In Dungeons is top notch. With opening chapter starting off with mushrooms that change anyone species to another, dwarfs become Elfs, humans become halfings, etc. It's really funny and entertaining to see everyone with different designs. Of course if this volume was only comedy it might not have gotten the full five stars. Though the delicious looking food might have been just enough to help make it to five stars. CDBut while Laios and crew are busy trying to get back to normal, we get a huge amount background of the inner workings of the dungeon itself. It's so exciting get ready for a wild journey filled with laughter and suspense. It looks like things might get a lot more dangerous soon. Hopefully our hungry heroes are up to the challenge. -MickManga

今回も笑いあり涙ありの、中身もぎっしり詰まった濃厚な回でした。作者の笑いのセンスが最高すぎます。特に変身後イヅツミの登場のさせ方がセンスの塊です。8巻まで続いて全くダレない漫画は他にないでしょう。次巻が楽しみでしょうがないです。
