Amazon messed up my order again.. Disappointed
The image is gorgeous.. but what I received are shiny tacky ones.. the ones in the pic are gorgeous velvetish.. also can somebody please help me with the clasps .. they are out of this world .. attaching the images .. f**ing disappointed..

Overall product is good , velvet is good, finishing is good but it’s little bit uncomfortable to wear because my feets are not thick to fit in size 36. I usually wear size 36 this one is little loose for me but I will definitely wear it

The velvet is very good and the heels are very cute they are stunning but a little bit of uncomfortable but I would suggest to choose the size very carefully before buying please check the size chart I have bought block heels for the first time so I don't know but I feel this one is too steep
