Did it's job but dang it's a strange product
So I fell in love with Finnish salmon soup when visiting Helsinki and wanted to try my hand at making it myself but couldn't find fish broth in Michigan to save my life (& not the type to DIY it) so I bought & immediately STALKED the Amazon app awaiting delivery.I was anticipating like a beef/chicken bouillon cube, you know hard lil cube that disintegrates in water. These arrived, I excited tore them open, ready to make a bomb @$$ soup.....to find cubes the consistency of putty and size of the butter packets on the restaurant table. They smelled rancid when heating up and the melting process was definitely longer/tougher than the bouillon cubes but I think both those are by design.My soup tasted great and when I first mixed it it, it DID have the smell I was going for lol. Maybe not my first choice if I could avoid it but still great in a pinch!

Bought these as they are hard to find. Have used them and they are great.

This bouillon is amazing. It really kicks your seafood dishes up a notch.

I utilize by grating a little from a cube; flavor is strong enough to go a long way.

Too Expensive
Too Expensive!! The description was misleading. It was just one box of 8 cubes for $10. This was not worth it.
