2008 GS460 perfect replacement
I needed to fix the digitizer on a 2008 GS460. The GS line share components but there isn't any info on the 460 since Lexus did not sell many of this model. There is great content on how to replace the screen on youtube. Use the 3mm Kaisiking tape and double up on the bottom of the screen for the install. Exercise caution when fastening the digitizer to the frame. Take notice to the placement of the old part, don't go too high or too low. Be precise.

Works as it should — read why 4
I’d give it 5/5 if it wasn’t for a few things that could make the purchase a little more inclusive and better fitting. Some B7000 adhesive, removal tool and if the zif flex was aligned a little closer to OE spec. You’ll see people talking about double sided tape. I urge you to ignore it. Simply dab B7000 or E6000 in the corners and in middle and it’ll setup within 5 minute and full cure in 24 hours. Also make sure to remove the previous display with some sort of flat or easily maneuverable razor on the edges of the screen. Heating the adhesive with a heat gun on the edges helps. The zif flex does work but the termination on it is different than OE. Look it works and seemingly works well.

Works perfect.
Honestly this is a very cheap fix.Perfect fit on 2008 Is350.I’m not sure why people are saying it doesn’t come with double sided tape. It already has it on the edges.

Did not work on 2007 Prius
Like a customer who posted a review concerning item not working for their 2006 Prius days after I purchased this, this digitizer did not fix touch screen problem in my 2007 Prius. Interesting that we both had same problem with digitizers that may have shipped days apart not working in 2nd Gen Prius. I used YouTube installation videos and 2 mm double sided tape suggested by others here. As others have noted expect no instructions and no adhesive with this product.

Inexpensive fix for my 2007 GS350
I am very happy with the results of this project. My screen still displayed, but was unresponsive to any touch. The only problem I ran into was placement of the screen. The original hangs slightly over the bottom portion, and I made it even the first time. Had to take it all a part again to correct. Cable is slightly different, but works fine. I believe it came with protective plastic on both sides. If it isn't as good as the original, I haven't noticed. For the double sided tape, I just used some Scotch Permanent Double Side Tape that I had laying around. Take many pictures before tearing it all apart for reference. Lastly, really take your time and be careful with the heat gun to remove the screen. I still broke the old one removing it, but who cares, it was already broken.

Works great!
It wasn’t really hard at all installing this bad boy. It’s working fine after installation.

Works as expected in my '06 Prius
Following directions from several YouTube vids, the installation is easy. The only problem I found with this touch screen was that the ribbon cable is offset from the socket by about 1/2", so unlike the OEM part, the ribbon cable has to bend laterally to plug in, but it's easily long enough to make the 1/2" redirect. Other than that, no problems. Happy the digitizer is fixed for < $50 + my time.
