I normally purchase a 9 in dress shoes, but wear an 8.5 in athletic shoes. I have a hard time buying shoes because I need a wide. My feet are not really wide, but my little toe on my right foot is sensitive to shoes that are too tight on that toe. This shoe did not come in wide and after reading the reviews I took a chance and ordered the 8.5. I am glad I did. The 8.5 fits perfectly. There is a little room in the back, but the shoe is not too big. If I had ordered a 9 it would have been way too big. Also, these shoes fit wide feet too! They were shipped quickly and they are VERY CUTE. They feel good and the heel is not too high. I LOVE these shoes!!!

Long story short, I am returning these due to sizing issues. They’re super cute and I wanted to love them but they just didn’t fit me well. Also, for heaven’s sake people, the buckle is not broken or defective! Sizing: I was always a size 8 until I got pregnant, and after that my feet permanently widened a bit. so now I’m either an 8 or an 8.5, depending on brand and style. So I ordered these in both sizes, but somehow they both were simultaneously too big in length and too small in the toe box width. Even in the size 8, I could slip a finger in the gap behind my heel. (Idk why my ankle looks soooo distorted in the photos, I promise I have normal feet 😂) So maybe these run kinda big in length? And if you have wider feet, your toes might get squished into an uncomfortable triangle shape too, like mine did. I wish these came in a wide width. Buckle: if your pair arrives with the metal buckle piece completely unattached, that doesn’t mean it’s broken. All you have to do is weave the strap through it, and then just leave it there. See my video. If the metal piece was permanently attached to the strap, there would be no way to adjust the strap to your correct length. So yes, it may be different than you’re accustomed to, but it’s not broken, and everyone can stop leaving 1-star reviews based solely on their own user error lol. I’m giving these a 4-star review because they’re nice and relatively comfy for heels, but they’re just too narrow for me. I can’t speak to their durability though (I do see that sadly they got scratched up or broke quickly on some other people.)

These are super cute and very comfortable. I wear these with trouser socks and pants, and they're stylish too. The heel is comfy- they're a little platform-y and I can wear these on a heavy walking day and have no issues. My foot does not slide in these at all, and I have a high arch and have no issues with the arch support in these.

I am absolutely in love with these shoes! Quality material and craftsmanship. Very Comfortable. They look great with dresses and jeans so I love the versatility. They are definitely worth what I paid for them.

I feel like I hit the jackpot! It is so incredibly difficult to find shoes that fit well, especially online, but I took a chance on these, and yay!! So, down to details. I typically wear a size 8, wide if I can get it. I ordered the size 8 (40) and they fit as I would expect. I am always wishing for cute, comfortable shoes that give me a little height, as I am short. These are honestly one of the few that have ever fit the bill. They look good with dresses or pants, give me a 3" height advantage with it only being about a 2" or less heel with the platform, and, absolute best of all, they actually bend!! You read that correctly! I pulled the shoes out of the box, half anticipating they would be a solid block of plastic, slippery and hard as a rock, but no!! They bent! They are flexible! Woohoo!!! They seem like they will have excellent traction and they move with your feet. Wow! All that for $27.99! Now, the downside is they are not leather and who knows how long they will hold up. I will also say that I tried them on with a thin sock as well, and they fit great for me, which means there might be a bit of extra wiggle room for those of you with narrower feet. I am so excited about these shoes, I have to admit I made sure I ordered them in every color before posting this review so that I could be sure to get them! No one paid me for this review, or any other (but if you want to, please contact me, lol ), so this is my honest unsolicited opinion. I read reviews all the time and I use them for guidance on my own purchases. Oh, and one other thing about the shoes, they have what I would call a dancer's shoe clasp, meaning that while you can adjust the length of the strap the usual way with the buckle, to actually attach it is a mear matter of hooking the one end of the strap over the buckle portion to "lock" it in place. I like it as the buckles can be a pain, but don't assume they are broken or something if you are unfamiliar with that type of strap. Hope this helps!

I have very small feet, the shoes were very cute and comfortable they where way to big, my feet are very tiny can wear a woman size 5 for most shoes. This particular pair where just way to big

Shoes are very cute and they would be bore More comfortable if they were a 10.5. I am a true 10 with wide feet but they feel a little short and the toe is a little weird because they point up as if I’m holding my toes up to walk. Love the rubber bottom. I am not a heel person but these feel very comfortable for the height. Only wish they were a quarter longer and that toe thing wasn’t there.

It really looked like a pair of plastic shoes. I am not sure if the pair of shoes were from return stock, but the shoes I received were not in a shoebox and simply tossed in a packing bag. Amazon (AU) has been informed. Despite getting the larger size (I am normally an 8 regular in US size; I bought the size 8.5 - on the shoe, it says size 40). My toes were too snug and I knew straight away it would rub both my pinky toes. I returned 30 minutes after receiving the shoes.

I had high hopes but these were not it. Got them quick which was good but that’s the only plus. Came in a cheap bag, were crushed looking and cheap looking. Could see lots of glue where the platform attaches to the shoe part and they were flimsy, weird fitting, and just not good. Save your cash.
