The Lean Change Method: Managing Agile Organizational Transformation Using Kanban, Kotter, and Lean Startup Thinking

Very practical writing style just like Henrik Kniberg and Jez Humble with lots of useful examples.

This is a great book for anyone who is involved with agile/lean transformation. It shares proven advice that I was able to put into practice immediately after reading it. This book is a short and very accessible read.

This book is a printed out manuscript.It has no index or a glossary.Many recurring acronyms with no explanation.The first part of the book is relevant (approximately one third). It explains the concept supported by many pictograms.It describes how the Lean Change Canvas works and how the parts are elaborated.Second, it introduces a Kanban-like process of implementing the change effort.Nothing more is found in this book.There was much bla-bla in the second and third part, so I flipped the pages by only looking at the many scribbles whose bloated the volume.Personally I can say, it's a nice concept of visualizing a change effort.I'll try out some its aspects.

Libro lleno de obviedades y de muy mala edición. Las fotografías particularmente, son terribles. No merece la pena comprar este “libro”.
