We have had a Deebot, Roomba and this ONSON. This one is absolutely without a doubt the nicest one. It doesn’t get snagged on stuff constantly and it’s much thinner so it can easily go under tables with a low shelf and our foot locker. It doesn’t have a problem going over our very high pile shag area rug either. It is easy to clean and sucks up everything from topsoil to cat litter.

First of all, we have always been a Kirby family because it's the real deal when it comes to vacuums. But, we live in a townhome that has 3 floors and the Kirby is heavy and cumbersome to carry up and down to vacuum. Our new Goovi is A M A Z I N G. It was so easy to set up and does a fabulous job, even with long hair pet hair to pick up. For the money, you cannot get a better machine. We've had ours for over a month and use it daily. I am so shocked at what it picked up - stuff even the Kirby missed. If you want a good machine without breaking the bank, this is the one to choose. I even downloaded the remote app to my phone and can run the Goovi directly from there. Easy-peasy! Trust me, I researched for days to make sure I was picking the best for the money. YAY!

TURN IT ON & WATCH IT FLY. SCOOTS ACROSS THE FLOOR WITH AMAZING SPEED. JUMPS FROM BARE FLOOR TO LOW PILE CARPET SURFACE LEAVING THE ROOM IN A SINGLE MOTION. IT WILL FIND YOUR HIDDEN TREASURES UNDER YOUR BED NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN. MOTOR SO QUIET YOU WILL HAVE TO SEARCH FOR IT. ONCE YOU DISCOVER ITS LOCATION, IT WILL RUN OUT THE DOOR LEAVING YOU BEHIND. CLEANING? HMMM! NOT SURE, I WAS TOO BUSY CHASING IT. GREAT EXERCISE. FOR MAXIMUM SUCCESS REMOVE FROM THE ROOM ALL DEBRE INCLUDING ANY FURNITURE THAT IS NOT NAILED DOWN. LESS OBSTICLES IN THE PATH WILL PROVIDE A BETTER ROTATION OF MOTION IN THE TARGETED ROOM. IT IS NOT A SET IT & FORGET IT. YOU WILL NEED TO KEEP AN EYE ON IT WHILE RUNNING. THE CONCEPT IS GREAT. COMES WITH A DOCKING STATION IT RETURNS TO ON ITS OWN TO RECHARGE. IT IS AN AMUSING BUT PURPOSEFUL ITEM THAT DOES A JOB FOR YOU WHEN YOU ARE TOO TIRED TO DO IT YOURSELF. FOR ME IT IS A KEEPER. INCLUDES A REMOTE INCASE YOU WISH TO CHASE THE CAT WITH IT.

LOVE THIS THING! I’ve never owned a roomba type vacuum only ones that you have to run and with 3 dogs and a baby on the way I decided it was time to invest. I can already say, we are in love with this thing. Our dogs are a Husky/German Shepard/Lab mix, a Pit mix, and a Great Dane so they all shed a ton and all different lengths of hair and this thing picks it ALL up! On a single charge it can do our entire first floor and it does great! I would highly recommend this vacuum!

I really like this GOOVI a lot. It does a great job, and the price is reasonable. After I got my GOOVI, my friend decided to buy the iRobot with the big brand name and big price tag. His machine is not as quiet or as smart as my GOOVI. His can’t even find its way back to the charger most times. Plus, I like the design of the dust catcher and how easily it comes out and empties. The other brand’s design is just kind if awkward. Anyway the main reason for my positive review is that this is my second GOOVI. The first one started having some problems after a couple of weeks, and would only turn in circles. I returned it and got great service, they sent me a brand new one right away and it works just fine. I waited a few weeks to write the review to ensure it would still be working. I like this brand enough that I wanted to give it another chance. The first one may just have had some kind of a glitch, but his one is working splendidly. I would definitely recommend this brand for the functionality plus the good customer service.

I have been using the vacuum pretty regularly since it arrived and have the following comments (both positive and negative).Positive:1. Decent price at ~$160 with free shipping and tax included.2. Satisfactory functions and customization scheduling3. Sleek look with moderate sound during use4. Remote control using phone app or provided remote control (comes with batteries)5. Quick start-up with little setup (wifi can be confusing if you have never used one of these vacuums before but they are all the same)6. Seller wants to satisfy the customer's needs and is willing to issue refunds or provide a replacement should functions begin to failNegatives:1. The brushes tend to get stuck and are easily frayed do to their flexibility.2. Suction isn't really there it is mostly the brushes funneling to the dustbin.3. The smart sensor is based on changes in light to determine if there are ledges. Because of this the vacuum often confuses locations of bright light (such as sunlight coming through windows) and the shaded areas directly next to it (just outside of the sunlight) as an area of level difference. Because of this the vacuum will turn around and go along the edges of the areas in the sun over and over until it runs out of batteries or the sunlight goes away.4. This vacuum tends to get stuck on ground floor air vents or chairs legs (specifically ones that are somewhat flush with the ground; kind of like a ramp). Once the vacuum is stuck with one wheel on the ground and the other in the air it will continue to run until it frees itself (which never seems to happen) or until it runs out of batteries. We have countered this by places objects in front of those legs. Additionally, the vacuum has often wedged itself under the oven and under short-legged ottomans and shelves. It WILL continue to push until the wheels can no longer turn (causing friction burns in carpets) or until it pushes the shelf over (which it has done on multiple occasions. We countered this by placing objects in front of the shelves and ottomans.5. After a month of use, it seems that the vacuum has started to stop in random locations instead of going back to the home charging station. I will check the battery and it will not be empty and it seems to just choose to stop for unknown reasons. I don't even know if it is running a full-time period. This may be an issue with the software or a function that I am unaware of, but either way, I cannot figure it out and the app does not give me any indication as to why the vacuum has stopped as no error codes pop up and it didn't get stuck on something and nothing is stuck in the brushes. For this reason, I may ask the seller to determine if a replacement is needed or if I have a dysfunctional unit.I would like the opportunity to revise my review at a later date to determine if it gets better or worse.

Excellent, I love my new vacuum, i have 2 dogs, everyday I need to clean the floor of my house, but now my vacuum clean the house for me, the power is excellent and work with Alexa
