Authentic NATO Jerry Gas Hummer Fuel Gas Diesel Cans

I purchased these as spare diesel cans for my motor home. As a person that loves out of way places, and “Boondocking “. These four cans that I bought have extended my stays when needed to run the generator, and also have come in very handy when operating the motor home at night, going through small towns at 2am in the morning yields very little in the way of open gas stations. As most of these operations are mom & pop, they are generally closed after 8 or 9pm. I can get another 200 miles with the 4 cans that I have. Enough easily to find the nearest truck stop for re-fueling. I can easily say they have saved me at least 5 times so far. And also saved one fellow camper as well. They are sturdy, very tight fitting seals and definitely don’t leak. I have even stored them laying on their sides with no leaks whatsoever. You get what you pay for folks. They are a little more money than the cheap china knockoffs but to me invaluable. I highly recommend them.

Received well packaged 2 NATO Jerry Gas Hummer Fuel Cans. The spout holder on one of the cans wasn't attached like it should have been but since you remove the spot and store in your rig, this wasn't a big problem, just a bit shoddy assembly. Overall the metal cans were in good shape, no dings and quite sturdy aside from the one spout not being attached properly in assembly.

I purchased 2 of these cans so I had spare fuel on a trip down the Baja peninsula. The cans are great but the spouts are poorly constructed. The spring loaded spout is held in place by a plastic washer and a small screw at the end of the spout. One spout broke the first time I used it and the screw and washer ended up in my gas tank. The next spout broke the second time I used it with the parts ending up in the can into which I was pouring the fuel.
