I have 11 cameras in my home.I set up every last one of them, including those horrible ones that need to be connected by grounded internet before they'll pair.This is the worst camera ever.The camera looks good but does absolutely NOTHING it's supposed to. Not a single thing. Turning it on took about fifteen minutes, because neither the power button nor the reset button responded to any input- and yes, I did charge it first.FINALLY got it to turn on, and started setup. Then problem number 2 happened: pressing the reset button didn't work. It did nothing except turn the camera on or off, at no point did holding it down for ANY length of time actually reset the camera. So... There went another ten minutes of pressing and re-pressing.Then, magically, randomly, after a fifteen minute breather- I could already tell this was about to be an angry review night- I looked over to see the camera finally start flashing the red light. There was hope! So I went back to the app to continue setup.This led to problem 3: q code to add WiFi can't be read. No, I didn't leave the plastic on the lens- it didn't come with any, so I probably got someone else's returned defect- yes, I cleaned the lens, yes, I turned my Samsung up to max brightness, and yes, I tried it on an iPhone- it didn't work. Period. So, I'll have to do it manually, there's an option to do that...Well, about that reset button that doesn't work? You need to press it once after a long-press reset to get the blue light to manually setup WiFi.So, problem #4: the blue light never happens. It just turns the camera off, after making a doorbell sound. Recall problems 1 & 2- so another half hour, 20 minutes wasted getting the camera to turn back on, and reset itself when it's ready. And then there's no blue light, so I HAVE to scan the q code to connect WiFi. Only- that function doesn't work.Problem 4a: what camera is this? Bc it's not working using the battery cam setup, and it's making a ding dong sound- I ordered a battery cam. Package says battery cam. But maybe it's a doorbell cam?However, the inability to read q codes and use the reset button as intended means I still couldn't finish the pairing process using any of the options offered by the app (doorbell cam, battery cam, etc) bc neither way to do it was functioning; and anyway, the camera wasn't doing what the app said a doorbell cam would be doing either.Problem 5: After stopping, looking for tips, and then starting over from scratch (we're a good 2 hours into this ridiculous event now), I was back to try the manual connecting. It wouldn't do that either. For a LONG time, the camera's network wouldn't show up. Then when it did, it would stop pairing and drop the connection as soon as I went back to the app (as instructed). Every single time.And, finally, problem #6, which I just now discovered: After I gave up and turned it off about 20 minutes ago, it has now turned itself back on, full lights blazing.Incredible.0/10, cannot recommend. Might be an amazing camera, but I'll never trust any company that sends me a product that was malfunctioning from the second I tried to turn it on. That doesn't take extensive testing to figure out, just the simple act of trying the most basic check possible before repackaging and reselling, without checking and repairing, something that was obviously returned bc it malfunctioned.

Have two bought a while back.. Switched WiFi and went without for four months .You can hook to new WiFi on the app.. Took two hours but both working again..Had to buy a Samsung tablet to get app. I'm 74

I had to return the camera, the app never connected to my phone.

I have been unable to use the camera it will not connect to my wifi. Amazon support tried to help but deferred me to the company. I have emailed them a few times but have heard nothing back.

I have 2 of these cameras. It functions properly but I have 2 complaints. One, email support does not respond and the phone number fails after one ring. Support does not exist. Two, there is no way to download video. We were robbed and needed to send video to police. SD card stores data but unable to find software to access it. Only way to get video from the camera to computer is to capture the screen on your smartphone and save. Poor support and Poor access to video recordings.

I loved the camera until I had to change to a new WiFi. It won't connect no matter what I try. Also emailed for tech help. Nothing! Basically trash now

My wife and I purchased 2. Charged according to instructions. Red light by the charge port turned blue on both. Mounted one facing the backyard, the other facing the front. Not much movement in the back yard so the notifications weren’t bad, but the other I was getting notifications every couple of minutes. Turned off notifications for that one. Less than 48 hours later backyard camera was dead. Plugged it in to charge no red light by the charge port. Reset still no red light. Back yard camera will not charge... so down to 1 camera. A couple of hours after that front yard camera was dead. Plugged it in to charge red light came on turned blue a few hours later. Hung it back up 3 days later dead battery. The battery is losing power faster and faster. After a month of this charging and light changes the battery only lasts about 2 hours. Time to look at a different brand.

The camera resolution is high quality. It also comes with adjustable and clear visible morning and night mode. It is very easy to set up with mobile app. And the mobile app required for the camera is user friendly as well. It is a very useful item to keep my home safe.
