Happy Customer!!!
Ordered these for my new 2014 Dodge Ram. Couldn't afford the "factory" ones. Read the reviews on here and took a chance. Got them in 2 days (prime). Bars had ZERO dings in them. I don't understand the reviews about the instructions being difficult of lacking. I only read the instructions looking for torque values. There aren't any, but just looking at the parts listing it shows which brackets are for which side and which are front, middle, and rear. Had them put on in 40 minutes. They look great and I have had them for a week now and they are awesome. I can recommend these to anybody who is interested.

Not bad for the money, but possible design flaw
I bought these fully aware that they could rust or get filled with water. they arent too bad. came together in one big box. no dents, no missing hardware. each bar is wrapped in different color plastic and labeled accordingly. Same with the brackets. had them hand tightened in about 30 min. I did watch some you tube videos, though, so i knew what i was getting into. I had enough room for mudflaps. maybe a 1/2" gap. Hardware and brackets seem pretty sturdy. They mount into preexisting holes in the body that are covered by tape at the factory. All hardware matched for me. nothing labeled wrong. If your truck was setup for factory side steps, all holes will line up, but your truck will already have a threaded insert at one hole, so you would need a different bolt for that one. my was not setup up for factory, so i was good. Now on to the design flaw that is probably causing the rust and water for everyone. 1st the plastic steps. They are not sealed well enough. underneath the steps, the metal is bent inward, the steps the are connected to the bottom of this "dent" with rivets and plastic rods molded into the back of the step. while this keeps the plastic step in place. it is not airtight. i have no doubt in my mind that if water is present, that water works its way in there. especially at driving speeds when it is raining or wet and even the car wash. since it has nowhere to go. the steps slowly fill up with water. I, hopefully, fixed this by prying up the plastic step a little bit and forcing some "great stuff" expanding foam insulation to waterproof it. only had the steps a couple of weeks, but have already got a ton of rain. time will tell. the other flaw, the hardware that attached the bottom of the sidestep to the bracket. potential water entry there. I just put a rubber washer under the other washers. hopefully that prevent water from that. As for hardware rusting complaints. havent had long enough to notice. As long as the black brackets, stay black, i honestly could care less if the bolt heads rust a bit. they are under the truck. out of sight, out of mind;)

DON'T BUY UNLESS YOU LIVE IN A DRY ENVIRONMENT!
Seemed great at first, I purchased in February 2015. It's July 4th now. About 10 days ago I noticed a spray of rust coming out from under the step on driver's side (see photo). When I unscrewed the middle and end brackets going into the nerf bar, rust-colored water poured out like it was an oil change (photo). The entire bar must've filled with water, leaking in underneath the plastic step. The other nerf bar seems unaffected, but who knows? I've only had it for 6 months, and I don't feel it's safe to stand on and put full weight on top of it. When I tried to screw the bolts back in, the rusted out threads snapped and now it spins around with the bolt, unable to seat properly. So it's basically held on with 4 out of 6 bolts until I remove the entire assembly where it's attached to the truck.I will be contacting the company to see if anything can be done.

Happy customer!
I was looking for a set of running board for my truck when I found these. Reading some reviews, I decided to give these a try.The running boards arrived in excellent condition, no dings, scrapes, scratches, or rust. The installation was pretty quick. You just need to take the time to read the directions carefully before you start and sort your parts out. They have been on the truck for over a year now and could not be happier with my purchase. They are extremely well built. Installation was quick and easy. They even look clean when the truck has not been washed in a few weeks. (see photos) I have had no issues with quality, rust, or any other problems. The off-set is the right height for my family to get in and out of the truck with no issues. The step is comfortable for me to maneuver in and out. It is also handy to use to get to the inside of the bed close to the cab.

They do not fit the models they claim on website and extremely cheaply made
DO NOT BUY !!!!DO NOT BUY!!!! I ordered this product for my 2015 ram 1500 crewcab ...first thing I noticed pulling them out of the pack was they are extremely cheaply made almost feel like plastic with Crome spray paint now don’t get me wrong they LOOK nice but it looks is all your going for then be my guest...I figured well hell I’ve already ordered them and don’t feel like going through all the stress of having to ship them back so I decided to put them on ...installation was pretty simple anyone with half a brain could do this ... I got all the mounting brackets put on then started to install the rails noticed that the front and center bracket lined up perfectly with the holes that were drilled in the rail but the back was about a foot off I swapped the rails out and flipped them every way imaginable to try to get them to fit and work the right way THEY DONT !!! Both sides were like this ...amazon or the seller either needs to change the year that they say these will fit or customize these to where they will ACTUALLY FIT the models they claim they do ...Complete waste of time and money save yourself a head ace and don’t buy these ...go ahead and spend a few more dollars and get the next step up
