It's best to check with your doctor before taking. Some supplements don't do well with prescribed medications .Turmaic will stain your fingers and clothes PJs & so on . I think it smells but , I smell all chemicals in food soap, bread .It's pretty pricey .You can get the same product for less @ Walmarts.
