These running boards are exactly what I needed. I wear business attire to work and sometimes climbing in was hard with a stiff skirt preventing my knees from stepping up so high. I had to do something resembling a gymnastics vault routine which wasn’t always particularly ladylike. So these running boards give me just enough of a step to get up without ripping my skirt and get back out without sliding down the seat. They look great too! I had not noticed how naked my gladiator was without them! My only complaint is that the instructions are horrible. The diagrams are like someone toying with your brain—those perception puzzles from motorcycle school came back to haunt me...is the cow in the upper right of the box or the lower left? The diagrams in the instructions defy logic and the words are not much better. My advice is, review the instructions briefly to see what the pieces are and which bolts go where. Then attach the mounts and put the pieces together using common sense and logic. If you look at the available holes on your gladiator, it’s kind of a no-brainer where they attach. Then go back to the instructions just to verify that what you envision in your own mind is actually correct. I repeat: Use common sense first. Use instructions to back up and verify. The product itself is really great quality. Welds are solid. The parts all lined up perfectly. No parts missing. Nothing left over. Shipped fast. Arrived in tact. I’m very very happy with these. I installed them by myself in about an hour...would have been half that if I’d just ignored the instructions from the start. Also if you install these on a hot afternoon, it helps if you have the man of the house handy to fetch you an icy cold beer once in a while. That’s not a jab, mind you...just reiterating that’s all the help I actually needed. Great product, I highly recommend these!

Running boards arrived today. I installed them immediately on 2020 Jeep Gladiator. Took a couple hours, but finished product is incredible. Very sturdy and they look great. No issues.

Clean lines, clean welds and nice finish and non-slip rubber (not plastic) step pads. Solid buttress type brackets install easily. Good quality, I had zero defects, all parts included, clear instructions. Weight approx 15lbs a side. Install in under an hour.Tip: Have some anti-rust black paint to touch up your bolts after installation.

Very well designed product. Packaging was perfect and all items were in bags and padded well. Instructions were well laid out and easy to follow. Both well written and graphics and fotos were easy to follow. Rough textured finish was a good match for my Gladiator. The only small downside was I noticed one of the plastic step inserts was a little loose. I pushed it back into place and hope it will be ok. All others were tight. Installation was straight forward and very easy even for a 70 year old man doing it alone. Two hours from start to finish. Make sure to leave all bolts slightly loose until all parts are assembled and on the truck before you tighten them. Once that is done the alignment will be great and just tighten it all down. They make entrance and exiting the Gladiator much easier and I think add a very good look to the unit. Great value for the price I paid of $165. I am well satisfied with these step boards. UPDATE: After having and using these I do have one problem to bring out. The step pad on each side for the front doors is located to far forward. To get in or out of the Gladiator you have to step behind the step pad. So the pad is placed poorly and useless. The painted surface you end up stepping on will soon be scratched and the finish removed.

High praise is due the manufacturer for the unusual clarity and quality of the instruction manual. The photos are so clear. There are 12 brackets that hold the side rails in place and each is different. But there are letters stamped on each which tells you where it goes. For example RC indicates the part goes on the Right side in the Center position. I suggest that the installer start by getting a large piece of old carpet to put on the concrete to cushion ones knees and other parts while laying under the truck. . The side rails give my Gladiator a much more finished look and make it easier for my dog and shorter passengers to get into the truck. Very good quality so far.

I'm having problems with these support brackets..The D/R & PC are not lining up with the holes on my 2022 Jeep Gladiator...if anyone has had this problem before, share your resolution.. .the bar itself seems very sturdy/ well built...I have contacted the seller and thus far no response....not sure if it fits my 2022 Jeep Gladiator ..

These look great, are sturdy, and a classic look for running boards. If i had any critique i wish they dropped down another 1-4 inches - they don't drop very low below the bottom of the entrance. But, this gives more clearance too.I followed some great advice on here and had the correct wrenches and sockets lined up. Separate the hardware out - there are 3-4 bolt sizes and even different washers for different bolts. Once you do 1-2 brackets / fasteners and figure out how it goes it goes a little quicker. Mine took about 2 hours to do it all one person.

Easy install, good directions. Quality product at reasonable price. Helped having brackets stamped as to position. These days you never know what you might be getting into with ordering products such as these. My only suggestion would be to label packaging for bolts, nuts, and washers as to application. Lay all parts out and do a count to determine which bolts and hardware to use. And don't, don't, don't tighten al bolts and nuts until assembly is complete.
