This is the Green Tea we've been looking for! I've known about the benefits of Green Tea for many years but I had never heard of Matcha. A delicious and versatile emerald green superfood! It looks just like it does in the pictures. One of nature's finest. Here's to our health!The customer service from this company is also worth mentioning. eco heed stands by their product and follows through with their orders. I already had no reason to buy elsewhere granted the high quality and low price, but the customer service took the buying experience over the top!The recipe book sent by email is attractive and provides different ideas to enjoy Matcha. While I used to love the green tea lattes at Starbucks when they were on the menu, I'm too health conscious these days to buy such drinks. Now I can make healthier ones myself and still enjoy the amazing flavor.For people who like green vegetables this will probably be the best cup of tea they ever had. For people who don't like vegetables this would be a quick and easy (and sweetened) way to consume some of what they've been missing. This makes most other Green Teas on the market taste like water. Matcha is the Samurai of Catechins!The 3.5 oz bag is zip lock, but it also fills an 8-oz Ball jelly/canning jar to the rim and I prefer this way to store it in the fridge. I use this powder for teas and lattes. It’s a really fine powder and it feels really velvety in your hands. As far as performance goes, it’s a little touch to stir into your drink and it clumps up and gets really gritty at the bottom of the cup, kind of like it all doesn’t mix in. For the most part 99% of what I put in my drink is mixed in perfectly fine and it’s not clumpy. It’s really bitter and I don’t drink it without adding a lot of sugar. With sugar it taste really good and smooth, really rich as a latte. It’s doesnt get that frothy when you mix it, even with milk to make a latte, but that doesn’t bother me.For the amount you get in the package, it’s a little small for the price your paying but it’s not too bad of deal. It’s good for the price your paying, but the amount is a little smaller than I expected, but that’s not much of an issue to me either.Overall, I like this powder :)

I have been searching for a good culinary grade matcha that is reasonably priced because I use it quite a bit.
