DickiesMen's Big 13 Inch Loose Fit Twill Cargo Short

I am a transit bus operator and in the summer, we are allowed to wear shorts. Dickies shorts are lightweight but are also heavy duty at the same time - if that makes sense. They feel great, have plenty of leg room, and allow for ease of movement. As I have found with all Dickies pants and shorts, they run a little small in the waist (I just need to get a little slimmer!) I highly recommend these Dickies shorts. This product exceeds my expectations and is truly a good, high quality, and comfortable pair of work shorts.

Fits great

I ordered 2 Pair for work. I had polyester shorts before. The cotton is so much more comfortable. I bought I size higher so I had more room.There is a button closure on the waist. The side pockets are “smallish!” Your hand goes in the side pockets only up to the wrist. If you have something in the pocket, it’s tight to get it out. Front pockets should be a little deeper and 25% larger. Rear pockets are buttoned and are average size. Thigh pockets are secured with Velcro closures. They are roomy and can store a fair amount.Great shorts with the front pockets being on the small side. Just got them so they are comfortable so far. I think the cotton fabric will last. They are not too thin. I’m happy with the quality.

Dickies Men's 13" Loose Fit Twill Cargo Shorts are woulderful, fit , lightweight. Value is worthly. I purchased 4 pairs as a present for my boyfriend for work. Automatic work you get grease , oil and many more difficult things to get out of clothing but they still look new and not one stain on them.

I know that fit, pockets and whatever else is subjective so it's hard to "review" clothing outside of whether or not it falls apart or lasts. So, my "review" is entirely based on what I would have liked to know before buying these shorts. The inseam is long, I knew this, but I didn't know how low the bottom of the seat sits, THEN the inseam. I've got short legs, which doesn't help the issue but these are 9inches past my knees. The secondly, the belt loops are incredibly tight for a larger belt like mine. It's 1.5in wide and a bit thick. I had to feed my belt through with the shorts off and with great effort. So, I hope you don't plan to use a large belt. The worst of the issues, the pockets suck. A lot. They are nice and wide at the top, but tapper very quickly as you go into the pocket. Granted, I have a Razer Phone 2, but it barely fits my phone, let alone my hand and phone in order to retrieve my phone from my pocket. I'm not sure how these are "work" shorts if the pockets are small, you basically can't use a heavy duty belt and the sizing is off. They are also very tight in the hip section. I always buy pants 2 sizes larger because I have big thighs and I also conceal carry. Normally 2 sizes bigger are massive on me in the waist and big in the hips and thighs, these are far from that, these fit like a snug correct size would in the hips, 1 size up in the waist but fine in the thighs.

My first full review was denied, so I'm rewriting it. These are the tough durable type with metal clasp. The others you need to read the reviews and listings carefully.

I've been wanting this specific short for the longest time. I forgot about them as the price was out of reach for me. I happened to stumble on them here on Amazon and was surprisingly pleased and happy. After buying the first pair, I was so satisfied with the brand and price, I purchased 2 more pairs in different colors.
