Organic Yuzu Juice - 3.52 Oz - PACK OF 2

growing up, i lived by a japanese market in Los Angeles and used to buy yuzu juice to cook with all of the time. i havent been able to find yuzu locally since moving to Chicago, so i was really excited to find it on amazon. i ordered two of these - and they shipped separately which i found odd - but upon receiving the first, i took a taste and it tastes like it's been heavily diluted w standard lemon juice. this doesnt taste like the yuzu i know and love from restaurants and the japanese markets back in LA. it'll do, but it's lacking.

I am a yuzu freak and have tried every single juice that is sold on Amazon. Yakama Orchard is crap, FYI. This stuff is the real deal and is just wonderful. You won't regret!

Tiny little bottle but it’s the real thing and it keeps a long time.I’m all about authenticity when it comes to ingredients and love that when a recipe calls for yuzu juice I have yuzu juice.It freezes well in an ice cube container so once I open it I freeze the remainder so when i need a tablespoon it’s right there.At this price I don’t want to waste a drop.Have not been able to purchase this as my local international grocery stores, well stocked as they are. So I always buy this brand from Amazon.A little goes a long way

Hated,didn't have much lemon tast, in fact it was watery didnt enhanced a lemon flavor.

Amazing aroma and flavor. Use it to make desserts, and this juice is so concentrated, gives wonderful taste to ganache. Love it "to the moon and back"!

My Wife has a yuzu tree at her house in Japan. This is as close as you are going to get to the real thing!

I've only tried a few Yuzu Juice, or Yuzu extracts, but this one is by far my favorite. Made some great yuzu mayonnaise using this juice and some yuzu kosho paste. I'll buy this again for sure.

This juice is far superior to American versions of lime or lemon juice as it has the full flavor profile of the original fruit. I love putting it on other fruit to keep it from browning and it actually brings out more flavor and makes avocados taste fantastic. Highly recommend to anyone with a discerning palate.
