Big ol’ Bag of Magic Beans
TL:DR It works, good value for quality, good for my extremely sensitive skin, low-painI very sensitive skin to the point where any kind of shaving gives me a rash. I’d gotten professional to waxing done before but it’s expensive and COVID shut everything down. I figured I’d give waxing at home a go because I’m trapped in the house and really have nothing else to do.It went surprisingly well! These beads are far better than what comes in a standard all-in-one waxing kit. They melt into a smooth, buttery blue goop that’s easy to smear on and rip off. It’s by no means pain-free but you’re ripping hair off sensitive parts of your body: you’re going to feel it. It got a little messy but that’s user-error.All and all, I didn’t rip off any skin or burn my virginia and, while it is a bit of a process, it last longer than shaving. Plus a bag of this is cheaper than one wax at my usual place and I will last awhile. It’s a yes from me.

Has the Texture of Gum
If you’re debating on getting the intimate wax, I would say try it. Just know there’s a few differences in consistency and texture as compared to Cirepil’s regular blue wax that can make it a bit tricky at first. It definitely is for sensitive skin seeing as the texture once dried on skin is almost like chewing gum. It’s very rubbery and feels like it sits on top of the skin instead of sticking to it. Doesn’t feel as harsh as the regular blue wax.I would recommend for armpits and bikini area. Since I have sensitive skin, I was hoping this would also work on my legs but I had to go over my legs a few times to catch everything. No irritation was caused by going over the same spots more than once though! It melted way faster than the regular blue wax but because of the low melting point, it does take a bit longer than the regular wax to harden once you have it on.Love that it glides so smoothly! It doesn’t crack either, but since the consistency of this one is very different, I just have to get used to the application and how much I need on the stick. A thin application of the wax made it hard to rip off in one piece.Minus one star because: I usually clean up any remaining wax bits on my body with the piece of wax that I just ripped off, but I wasn’t able to do that with this one. When trying to take it off with post wax oil and paper towel, it just felt like I was smearing the wax around in circles - like gum. Usually the regular wax will harden and you can pick it off, or rub it off with oil, but I wasn’t able to do that with this one. But my armpits radiate heat so maybe that’s why it was difficult.

My first time using Cirepil Intimate Wax... I am in love!
Pros:Melts quickly (using Starpil warmer)Wax is creamy and easy to spreadCan be applied thinlySets quicklyCon: Leave behind residue (this isn't much of a con for me but may be a problem for others)Working with this product was a pleasure. It's smooth and creamy and spread like butter. It dries quickly, therefore, if you are new to waxing or move at a slower pace I suggest laying down one strip at a time. I have thick, curly hair, which the wax had no problem removing. I went over some areas twice before applying a clean up strip. I was able to do a Brazilian in less than one hour. There was some residue left behind, but not enough to turn me away from the product. In closing, I have used Cirepil dark blue wax but prefer this one and will be purchasing their intimate wax from now on.

Better than Blue for Brazilian
I was a die hard, Cirepil hard blue only waxer. I am not a professional, just somebody who started during the pandemic like most of us. I tried intimate this last time because it was on sale. The texture of the melted wax is different. Blue is hotter, more liquidey, and spreads easier, while intimate solidifies quicker, making long strips difficult. Once you get used to this, it's fine. I feel like both kinds of wax grab the hair equally well, but there was way less redness and irritation with intimate (and no burns). I also had less skin cells suck in the dried wax with intimate. I did have to go back over a couple of areas, but that's no different than with blue. Waxing the "most painful spot on a woman" still sucked, but going over it again to get any stragglers was less painful than with blue. Overall I ended up smoother and less irritated than with blue which is a win in my book. Unlike with blue I did not need any "down time" afterwards. My only complaint was that I did not like the smell of intimate 4 compared to blue. While heating it had a faint burnt rubber smell. Afterwards my hands were left smelling rubbery as well.

DO NOT BUY! THIS WAX IS GARBAGE.
I absolutely HATE this wax. I could not hate it more. It turns to plastic when it dries. It does a terrible job at removing hair. The strips rip when trying to remove. Somehow it hurts worse than original with this one being for sensitive areas. I paid $40 for this and then had to turn around and buy the $41 original blue bag to finish waxing. I wish I would have returned it instead of trying to go back over areas again and again. It took the entire bag, and I am waiting on the other bag to finish the job (Brazilian and full legs). It is NOTHING like Original Cirepil Blue. One 800g bag of original lasts me months. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
